The room is clean and the staffs are very polite and patient. The swimming pool offers a nice view of the beach and is within walking distance to the beach.
The deluxe room does not come with a balcony so it does not look very spacious. The bathroom does need some refurbishing as the bathtub looks rather old. The breakfast buffet could be further improved.
Will stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotels in Bintan usually allow check-in at 1500hrs (Indo time). I would recommend travellers to arrive in Bintan earlier and visit the spa to relax for a couple of hours before going to the hotel.

large infinity pool
relaxing beach
a lot of activities for everyone at the nearby hotels
friendly staff
delicious food
nice room
overpriced food
i thought the deluxe room would include the view of the sea, apparently, it's facing the sea, NOT VIEWING.
no night activity
tiled room, not carpeted
10-15 minutes away from the Bintan Ferry Station, Nirwana Resort is a nice place to relax. The pool and the beach are at it's finest coupled with their friendly staff. I recommended this hotel to the honeymooners and the travelers who would just want to have peace and quiet and get away from the city...

great weekend getaway from Singapore - convenient to travel to, good value accommodation and relaxed atmosphere
some areas need renovation such as the sunbeds and parasols.
the staff are really helpful, some of the waiting staff were a bit slow but we weren't going anywhere so we could wait.....very relaxing time...lot's of nice F&B ideas, calypso bar is fun, the new Japanese Restaurant is great!

The sea view swimming pool is great. U can relax yourself, throw away worries while enjoy tanning.
Good place for short time to get way.
The morning buffet is delicious with mayy choices that will satisfy various tastes and hunger.
The food there is over over over priced.
Not much activity at night
I like the sea view swimming pool. The room is clean but furniture is a little old. The staff are polite and helpful.
The FREE shuttle bus from/to ferry terminal to/from hotel is really helpful too, save your expensive taxi cost. The food at the restaurant is over-priced though.

friendly stuff, nice swimming pool
overal, we enjoyed our stay in Nirwana Resort Hotel. we like the beautiful scenery there, we especially grateful for the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel which can take us to different places for free. But the food is overal average, is not worth the price quoted And the night time activities is poor, we can do nohting but walking aroud the place
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you should awalys ask the infomation counter for activites of the day. or else the stay would be very boring

Don't expect Indonessian prices
Great beaches and water sports are entertaining. The various restaurants about seven in all are all of a different theme and good quality. Other facilities are good and improving and the ten pin bowling facility is due to open in the new year. Biggest downfall is that you are virtually charged for food, beverage and entertainment at Singaporean prices not Indonessian
Restaurant Tip : floating restaurant

The pool is fantastic! As much as the weekends are typically loaded with lots of Singaporeans, the pool is designed in a way whereby you get your own space. Staff speak good english, so communication is smooth.
Floor of Room, Shuttle Service, Expensive Food.
Would have been more pleasant if the floor of the room is carpeted. Shuttle of pasar oleh oleh is inconsistent.
I arrived 5 mins earlier than the scheduled time and the bus left! When I asked the staff, they said they cannot control it, since it's provided by 3rd party vendor??

Beautiful beach.
Family activities.
Nice pool.
The hotel was a good value for the money paid. Short bus ride from the Bintan ferry terminal. The beach was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Front desk was accomodating with the early check in however could not provide late check out. Would recommend for short family weekend getaways. No fuss.
Restaurant Tip : recommend the Japanese restaurant for dinner though pricey

Large but sectored pool, with lots of smiling & helpful staff and there are many activities to do. Nice slipper too.
Hair-dryer cannot be taken out and the cord is too short! Also too time-consuming in arriving the return ferry.
A nice and relaxing resort with large but sectored pool for different swimmers and uses with lots of smiling & helpful staff and there are many activities in the resort. Occasional surprises too like the welcome bang, drink & performance upon arrival. Good logistics with the transports too. The staff at the Bar is particularly friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't miss the swamp boat-tour, and do enjoy the pool!

Hotel was clean and decent for its pricing, but the lack of transport out to town (very expensive) and loack of eating places was a let down. The shuttle bus will take you through all the resorts and to the seafood restaurant which was mediocre. Note that all 3 resorts and the restaurant is under the same management. So the idea is to keep you in the area and get you to spend there.

Close to the ferry terminal
Access to beach and its 2 connected resorts
Free shuttle from ferry to resort
Very large complex
Rooms were a little dated but spacious
This was a convenient resort because it had walking access and a shuttle linking it to it's other 2 resorts. There is good access to the beach and there is a large pool. It is quite family friendly and looks like a family holiday destination.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can catch a shuttle to a local tourist market.

the beach, the friendly staff, nice breakfast
slow check in, no foam bath essentials, hourly bus shuttle services.
free shuttle bus to take you from ferry terminal to the resort. The staffs are friendly and there are welcome drink when you reached the resort. Slow check in as check in takes more than 20 minutes. Room are very comfortable but there are no foam bath essential provide in the bathroom. THe resort got a beautiful, clear and quiet beach, just 5 mins walk from the resort. THey have wonderful n delicious breakfast in the coffee house but the food served from the restaurant near the swimming pool wasn't that delicious compared to the resort coffee house. Nice resort to stay for weekend getaway.

food are good, staff are nice , beach is nice
prince for activities are too high
a nice experience be staying in Nirwana Resort Hotel, the staff are nice, the swimming pool and beach are very good, you can even see fishes swimming around you, there is shuttle bus for other hotels too, just hop on and go to other hotel for food or beach! Kelong is a good restaurant. there is spa, massage, and other outdoor activities to join. but the prices are quite high, what you have to do is to bring more Singaporean Dollars with you!!!
