Hotel isnt' worth for the price, they dont have hot water when i stayed in, and said it's because they are out of gasoline to start the water heater!

Our room was dirty, bathroom as well. We asked to be moved to another room, most of the rooms are in the same conditions. There were 4 of us traveling,we both end up moving to a slightly better room.
No ac, Mosquitos in the room. Towels, and bed sheets has seen better days as well.
I would put the hotel at best as a 2 star. Too expensive for the value.

just one night with an adeguate service level from the hotel staffs there...but dissapointingly no Air Cond for this Class of hotel as Bukittinggi now is not as cold as before...

very old and eery rooms. The balcony door was stuck and could not be closed. All furnitures were badly maintained and toilet was smelly. Breakfast had limited selection and food was not delicious.

I've booked a deluxe room and was very disappointed with the condition and room of the hotel. All furniture were very old and badly maintained. Room had terrible smell and bugs on the phone. I could not sleep for the entire night. No internet was available in the room. For the same price, you could get a decent 4 star hotel in Padang. Breakfast was terrible and restaurant was full of smokers who smoked over the buffet selection.
