Small and dark standard room

the bed in standard room is too small for both of us, room is dark and humid, mildew on the wall and ceiling. we upgraded to the deluxe, good size, but unclean bathroom with leak sink. the room is too close to the lobby, quite noisy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cipanas is soothing place to soak yourselves into warm water. Rejuvenate your mind and spirit.

small room and disappointed rate

Rate agoda lebih mahal daripada publish rate di hotel. Kata resepsionis, hal ini sdh terjadi beberapa kali di Alamanda Hotel. Padahal tujuan kami booking online supaya dapat harga yang lebih murah. Keluarga kami sangat kecewa. Standard room ternyata sangat kecil. Harap hotel dan agoda lebih berkoordinasi. Thx.
