no hair dryer in the entire hotel. none in the room and housekeeping can not help. Don't take late shower or you will have to sleep with wet hair

Nice hotel but lack of attention at the front desk

As I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with good gestures at the door and registration went smoothly and requested morning wake-up call. The request was written on a piece of A4 paper my room number and time of call. However when the time come, no wake -up call until about 15-20 minutes later from requested. Lucky I have set my phone alarm 5 minutes after.

Good Hotel Near Airport and Mall

I stayed in this hotel during very short trip to Jakarta. The hotel is behind Mangga Dua Square Mall but still in the same complex area of the mall. From the airport just take airport bus called Damri and stop in front of the mall. I found later that they have shelter around the mall, thus you don't have to take a taxi to go to the airport.
The hotel itself is cheap, clean, tidy. You will never got the room if you just go show without reservation.
Make sure you bring toothpaste and toothbrush since the hotel don't provide it.

Good Location but not Sound Proof

We were stayed only for one night in room 9054 (if I am not mistaken), the room was simple and comfortable. when we were checked in, in the bathroom we found the trash bin still full of rubbish, then we called reception.
At night we could not have a proper sleep due to the noise from the other guests at the corridor. The room should have something to reduce the noise from the corridor.
