Perfect place for travellers with family
location, food & spacious
My family & I enjoyed staying there. Located at the center of everything, easy access to major shopping malls. The only shortcomings though is most cabbies doesn't know the place and we ended up spend so much on the taxi fare..

Cleanliness, breakfast and comfort
Overall it was just an okay experience. Room was clean but the housekeeping always forgot to refill the complimentary coffee and tea. Asked them to send over twice but they never did. Housekeeping also throw our clothes hang on the rack to the floor when they are cleaning the bathroom.

Location was good but old hotel
Stayed here for the first time and was expecting the lobby atmosphere to match with the room. We had the 2 bedroom suite with breakfast. Upon entering the room, the smell from the drainage / sink was terrible! That's the first smell that you could smell. The cleanliness of the suite was not standard. Dustbins were unlined and it was not cleaned prior to our arrival (just emptied). Room could use an updated refurbishment. Toilet was strange. There was 1 shared bath, and 1 shared toilet. One of us had bad case of food bourne virus and it was difficult for others to use the toilet at the same time. Breakfast food was alright, but it was not displayed in a clean manner and the tables were not clean properly prior to next guests / patron's arrival. We had to find our own tables during peak breakfast periods and had to ask for our own clean serviette and utensils. This hotel needs to revamp it self in their hospitality to deserve the "7.5" Agoda rating. Only pros- the location and the efficiency of the concierge calling the Bluebird taxi.

Location, Room size, Price
The hotel staff is quite nice and the small size of the hotel gives is a cosey feel. But thats about all, rooms are a bit worn out, the hotel serves no alcohol, and even the nearby convenience stores do not sell any alcoholic beverages. Nearby is a mall, but you will still need a taxi to get there!
