Nice Hotel near Beach
Located near Beach, Pentry & Microwave available in the room, Family Friendly

Generally it was fun, it just a few minute from the Beach, but it would be great if the Hotel can give the Guest free entry ticket to Ancol (Beach), so we can back and forward to the Beach for free. Because the hotel located outside Ancol. While checked in the hotel staff took us to the room not as per we requested, but after that we got what we want according to our booking.

Disappointing. Didnt match the pictures at all!

I was disappointed. Room was gloomy. Bathroom was mouldy. Pool area was uncomfortable. Things that could go wrong did go wrong. So bad i actually sent a complaint letter to their site while still staying there. The staff were great n responded quickly, but just couldnt recover my trust. The room didnt look anything like the pictures. Wont be back. Wont recommend to anyone.

We had a good and enjoyable stay. It is just beside Ancol where you can find various theme parks and SeaWorld aquarium. A definite family-friendly hotel.

When we arrived in the hotel room, floor was dirty and there's a cockroach and ants in the kitchen bench top and Bathroom is old. Small lakes around the hotel is very stink and smell it's not ideal for family with young kids to stay. Apart of all the negative only the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Restaurant Tip:
Best place to stay in SENAYAN, Hotel and shop just walk in and clean.
