An average hotel but you get what you pay for.
Room price was good value.

A fairly comfortable hotel but quite a busy place.
Travel tip:
Some westerners's may not appreciate the noise from the local Mosque which is just over the road from the hotel.
When you are on the 22nd floor and you have to turn the TV volume up because of the noise from the Mosque, then you have a problem I guess.

A convenient hotel for lazy traveller:
One mini supermarket & one drugstore within the same hotel building.
There is a 24-hour Macdonald located within a 10-15 min walking time.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a new shopping mall opposite the hotel, with quite a number of restaurants.

an afordable service apartment in the jakarta cbd
The spa had reasonable prices for its massages, the 'nasi goreng' at the cofee house was good!

the service apartment was generally well maintained with a team of friendly staff. however, the service at the coffee house is extremely slow and we had to wait over 30 minutes for our orders to be delivered. apart from that, i'd recommend it for groups of friends or family looking for an affordable place to stay with decent facilities.
Nightlife Tip:
The apartment is not located very near the nightlife area and one may have to travel for about 20 mins or so to get to the clubs, bars and pubs. Its more suited for families wanting to shop or business travellers as its located in the financial district.

Convenient and good location but so-so rooms

i was in town with two other oartners so the 3 bedroom was ideal for us. however except for the master bedroom, the other two rooms was very small. area or location was good but due to the high number of rooms and floors, lift service was inedequate.

we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. the apartment was really big and spacious, with all modern amenities. the breakfast at the mezza cafe was pretty good. the location of the hotel is excellent. overall, a very satisfying experience.

apart from the fact that the one bedroom suite is big and nicely furnished the problem in this hotel is the lift.
i stayed in the 33 floor with a very good view but every time i had to go down i had to wait quite a long time.
furthermore the public areas like lobby are overcrowded and very noisy.
massage service is very good.
Shopping Tip:
there are various shopping centers nearby .my favorite is pacific place.
