- a good jogging track within the apartment level 5 compound.
- spacious apartment room
- friendly staff and helpful security.
- Good location and taxi cab is always standby.
- kitchen utensils and drinking water dispenser facilities.
- 1 m x 1 m shower room; How is it possible for you to have a good shower?
- lifts are way to slow. Always have to wait long time to get up and down. I stayed at the Aston Rasuna for 8 days and the service was good, although it's far from perfect.
The shower room is very tiny so it's just not comfortable.
Taxi cab is always standby in front of the apartment building.
Restaurant Tip : There's an aphrodite restaurant/bar in the sport club just a minute across the apartment building. It's worth to try.

Lift queing always been a problem when staying in this hotel...took so long to wait the lift comes, waiting room so small/tight...not comfortable...such a good space for the numbers of the floors like that

friendly Staff and helpful , clean . restaurant has a good food particular breakfast , I like basketball court in back at 5 floor and swimming pool with a great area for walking or jogging . light in bathroom and room not enough. center business prices was expensive .housekeeping take long time to response your order .I asked iron and I get it after 2 hours . Rooms need soundproof if your room was on the estren side In general it was good but not in level 5 or 4 star I like blue bird taxi in the door of hotel . and location was not perfect you have catch taxi to go central
Shopping Tip : one mall called Festival Basar you can walking to it and you can find restaurants or Cafes otherwise you have to catch taxi called(blu bird ) or one in same group

Spacious rooms with great amenities including microwave, water dispenser, free internet, kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, close to convenience store Terribly slow room service, location not ideal, breakfast starts late The hotel was elegant from the lobby and our stay was fairly decent. However, room service was inadequate and very slow. It took many calls just to get bathroom towels and the room safe was broken and the staff were unable to fix it. The washer and dryer were also broken and flooded the laundry room. Despite these flaws, the apartment was very comfortable to stay in, especially for a family like ours. The rooms were spacious and clean and there was free internet provided. The breakfast was served too late for our family and we did not have a chance to try it, but they were nice enough to pack it for us.
Shopping Tip : There is a convenience store and pharmacy downstairs in the hotel, as well as a small food court inside a bridge connecting the buildings.

Convenient, quiet, suitable, one of the few that fit a large family Couple of ACs did not work that well, not enough crockery etc for the six of us who stayed there A quite pleasant stay and the level of service was good, breakfast was a simple fare, nothing fancy. We were leaving Indonesia after 13 years and this suited our large family as we packed up house and headed out of the country.

Value for money, especially for family with kids.
Near a convenience store.
Friendly staff. Insufficient elevators.
Breakfast was very crowded. The restaurant was small & was not able to handle the breakfast crowd. The apartment-style hotel fits well with my family. We were able to use the kitchen, which was adequate, including having a rice cooker. A convenience store was nearby for getting frozen sausages/chicken, eggs, milk etc.
My daughter had a fever the day after we arrived in Jakarta & luckily there was a clinic nearby. We were able to see the doctor & my daughter was well a couple of days later.
Getting a taxi was convenient. From here, all of Jakarta's attractions & shopping malls were quite accessible. Taxis were on meters & I found the fare to be reasonable.
Hotel Feature Tip : There was a small gym in the hotel. My family found it convenient for our morning work-out.

I find that the hotel lobby is very clean and impressive. Rooms are clean but condition is a bit old. the cafe/lounge is nice and cosy. the waitress at the cafe is very courteuos and pleasant. The front office staff is not pro active. the lift is very slow. shud install more lifts. services to the room is also very slow. rooms are not well prepared for check in guests. Mineral water not top up.
Overall the stay was pleasant. I will definitely return and stay at the hotel. If only the hotel has improve some of its services, I believe I will come back very often to the hotel. I would definitely recommend to my friends who often travel to Jakarta.I would also bring my family next time I planned to go to Jakarta for holidays.

Room Services not so good
Elevatore Doesn't deserve to be 4 star hotel, if you call the room services to get smother they will need long time to get it for you.
The elevators is a disaster, the hotel staff using and the guests are using the same elevators, I use to wait long time for it and when I am going up to my room in 32nd floor it take is for ever because the stops in each floor!!!!!!
When I checked out, I ask 3 times for someone to take my bags done, they didn't send any one till I get down to the reception and ask for it!!!!!
For me I don't think I want to stay in this hotel again

- Strategic location
- Excellent service
- Clean room. Overall nothing to complaint. We choose this hotel because of its very strategic location. Great hospitality from all staff (front office,bar, dining, concierge, security, etc), always full of smile and warmth welcome. The room is huge and comfort. And most of all it's clean, which is our to priority when we search for accommodation. For sure we will choose this hotel agin if we come to Jakarta, no doubt.
Shopping Tip : For great value shooping, try ITC Kuningan.

Not bad for the price, has sitting area, kitchen area and bedroom. Five minute walk to Jl Rasuna Said and busway stop Definately not a four star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel, only has two lifts which are very slow, Buffet breakfast was good but during busy times most of the food run out quickly and you had to wait 10-15min for them to replenish Hotel is to my standards a 3 star hotel, basically its an apartment block managed by a Aston Hotel, Overall feel and standard of this hotel is average, good thing about this hotel its location is in south jakarta close to most good eating spots and night life, taxi stand is right in front of hotel so taxi is easy to get. Fairly good value for the money

location wise is calm and nice the room too small and quite old overall its a good place to stay easy access to anywhere in town either shopping mall..nite palce or sightseeing..taxi is easy to get and all the staff is friendly and helpfull.food is average but sometime waiting for the lift is quite punishing coz many people

Nice location and spacious apartment. Excellent internet access. The lift is rather congested. The gym need to be improved. The equipments are old and rusty. Please consider getting a thread mill. Like the service apartment a lot. Spacious and lots of room to move about. Most appropriate if one is considering to stay for a long duration. The internet access is excellent and best of it all - FREE.
Hotel food is ok and very reasonable as compared to 4 star hotel. Breakfast is good too.
The apartment is comfortable - airconditioned from the hall to the rooms.
Feel very much at home.
Bluebird taxis are easily available. Will consider staying there again, my next trip

Lost & Found: i left documents and immediately reported by phone when i realized then when i came again on my last trio after 2 weeks and asked for it, there is nobody found or knows about it. I'm 100% sure it was left on the table in room.
Internet access: always problem and have specifically mentioned it when i reserved for my last trip because it was never worked on my previous stays but sadly it was still didn't work on my last trip even they gave me the voucher and cable but it's not worked and tired to asked for assistance but never happened till i left
If this hotel bring such a big name like Aston they should start fix critical points especially comments that already given by guests from time to time or otherwise the good things in the hotel can be forgotten if they don't start taking care what the guest concerns(especially repeaters). Peoples like us are not coming or stay in a hotel for 1-2 times but we can make a hotel like our base if they take care of us but if not then we will find others who care more with their guests and their comments or concerns.
Travel tip : A lot of facilities can be found around the complex
