The hotel location is good as it's very close to a modern shopping mall,which has a 30min interval shuttle service from this hotel. Breakfast served is good and mainly tasty local spreads. Staff are friendly & service prompt. Had stayed there few times & I just love the proximity to the mall where shops close by 10pm. However,I believe the rooms are right for some refurbishment as they look old & worn out for some furnishings. Lifts serving the floors are still as slow as before & they have introduced alternate lift service to save energy which make matter worst.

10min walk to great Plaza Senayan & City shopping mall. Plenty of foods & shops to choose from. Room is large & comfortable.

Room interior is aginga bit.

The hotel doesn't look very attractive from the outside. And to access the pool, gym...you actually need to walk out of the hotel from a back exit then thru a small path, layout is weird to me.

I like the sofa in the room, next to the bed.

The room has no door bell. Certain parts of the hotel look a bit run down.

• Shopping Tip : Just right next to the hotel, there is a very nice and big mall (mainly F&B). And behind the hotel within short walking distance, you'll find both the old Plaza Senayan and the new Senayan Mall.

Rooms are large and clean generally. Lift takes a bit too long to wait and seems like the lift is not so responsive.
