Great location at Central Jakarta. Near to all main shopping center and budget shopping. Food at restaurant is good and sufficient. Childrean enjoy the large swimming pool size and mini slide available. the hotel need improvement to its sewerage system which is suspected.

it was a wonderful experience with efficient and helpful staff makes our stay at Batavia very memorable. The rooms are clean, the kitchen fully equipped and the living room was comfortable. It was such a welcome sight after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. Least but not last was the perfect massage with the well trained massuers within the hotel...convenient and competitive pricing. Batavia was about efficiency and cleanliness.
Restaurant Tip:
The food in Jakarta is abundance and varied. The local food is relatively cheap and there are lots of food courts selling all kinds of cuisine at all shopping malls so it makes life that much easier

The apartments are quite spacious and comfortable for 6 of us including 2 small kids. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast buffet.
The location is quite central to major shopping places.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to go there again next time we are in Jakarta.

Overall the hotel is ok. Staff is friendly. I am surprised that we will need to pay for additional items like extra towel (IDR 20,000 per piece), blanket (IDR 30,000 per piece), baby cot rental (IDR 100,000 per night). Wifi is also chargeable at (IDR 100,000) per 24hrs usage. Need to provide face towels in the bathroom and hand towels in the kitchen.
As I am very particular about cleanliness, hotel is acceptable to for me. Quite spacious. Ideal for family. Plenty of storage space.
I do not mind returning, provided I brought or bought extra towels and blankets.
