five days booking, i only stay four days and check out early. first day checked in, have change two rooms due to air con problem which compressor noice, not cool at all. change room until midnight which waiting for their poor service.
2nd days change to downgrade the room type where they said due to downgrade then give me bigger room. single stay why need bigger room.

Great hotel and staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is quiet okay there are variety of food choices. Always expect heavy traffic outside the hotel, especially at night. They also provide free shuttle service from hotel to the nearest malls around and it's certainly a plus!

its located at the congested area
walking distance to wholesale market

most of my indonesian freind hate this area coz traffic is very bad. don't stay here during raining season!! its flood easyly. however, if you come for the wholesale market, its just walking distance
Shopping Tip:
the Mangga Dua Wholesale market just 5 minites walk from the hotel.

I was given a room on the 33rd floor. It was such a lovely view. The breakfast was nice. The staff was ok. not far from the mangga dua shopping complex. Booking through agoda saves me a lot.
