Good hotel but a little hidden

This was a typical comfortable 4 star restaurant - good front staff, nice well decorated rooms, good comfy bed. We got a high floor, which was really nice. There's a little room at the end which opened out to a view that was free to use on the 27 (37?) floor - great for friends & smokers. No shopping except for street stalls lining the area around the hotel.

Hotet l location is good for my visit and near to the offices that i need to visit. It is near to shopping mall and eating places. The staff is excellent. The room is well kept.
The only request will be free wifi in the room.

room is very spacious but the bath room is surprisingly small. no bath tub. the property is shared with apartments. corridors are not as well decorated as other hotels of similar grade. location is a bit awkward. many taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is.

The Room & bathroom is really nice, clean and comfort. We can see nice view also. The problem is we need waiting a little bit for the elevator. The location also near with shopping area, such as ITC Mangga Dua or Harco Mangga Dua.

When I stay in this hotel, I felt not so good. The first day, I want to meet my friends,But I wait for the lift 20 minutes. And the texi in front of hotel are very expensive with bad attitude. THey just want earn your money and do not want to his job well.

Good hotel with spacious room

Our first night was bad experienced because we arrived around 11 pm and found air-con not working. After calling staff a few times and waiting a long while, they managed to change to a new room. After that long night, the rest of our stay was very good. Good variety of brakfast, good location near shopping mall and not far from JI Expo where we wanted to attend the exhibition. Room was spacious but towels were too old.
Shopping Tip:
Near Mangga Dua area where there are many big shopping malls and the hotel provide free shuttle bus service.

good location
10 minutes walk to the pasar pagi mangga dua & itc and reasonable rates.

it has been our first choice of hotel and will always be. not only the rate is reasonable but the staff is efficient and helpful. the rooms are clean. it also has a 24-hr room-service and reflexology/massage parlor which is closed at 23.00 hrs.

Although we stayed at Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel & Resisdence for only one night, we were happy & satisfy. The room is just nice, with comfortable bed, clean toilet. And the best this, we can view part of the Jakarta City from the room night & day view. Buffet breakfast is great. And the shuttle service is great too.

The air conditioner needs slight repair. That's the only negative during my stay. The air con can't be turned on and my room became hot and humid. Called the receptionist and the technician came to deal with it quickly.
Other than that, the room design is good, and i like the comfortable bed.
