Value for money, however the location is not as near to the Mangga 2 shopping malls as reflected. Room was a bit small, but clean. Staff are friendly.

wonderful hotel, amazing view

can't say enough about this hotel, just stay here!
the room is newly renovated, clean and very comfortable. the view is absolutely incredible from the 32nd floor. the breakfast is the best i've had in indonesia, the selection is huge. the staff working there were the friendliest of any hotel i've stayed at. there is a pool on the 7th floor.
yes the elevators take a while, it's a 33 storey building, that's the price you pay for the view. that being said i never waited longer then 3-4 minutes.
the location isn't easy to find, but what hotel is in indonesia? it's not a lovely area of town, and not much going on around there.
the main down point is that there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby and the pool area.
i highly recommend this hotel.

Big suite but poor location

airport transfer was good. check in was a breeze. however, there is an upset. the aircon was not strong. hence, the room was warm. bathroom is small for a 4 star hotel. no shower curtain. the floor was wet. slow lift. strong points, good room service. ok breakfast. nice massage at floor f2. swimming pool was good. one thing that upsets me a lot us that the room has no wifi. even though agoda states there is. so please, do not be fooled. overall, this 4 star hotel is not really up to its standard. but should be ok if you do not mind the set backs.
Shopping Tip:
Shuttle service provided to mangga dua square every two hourly.

The suite was very nice and hotel conveniently located. However, the front desk staff needs to be more efficient as I was left waiting twice: during checked in for my 2nd access card, and during check-out. Both times, the receptionist attended to someone else halfway.
Travel tip:
Mangga Dua is good for shopping. Nothing fancy, but affordable.

this was the third time i stayed at best western. the room is new in terms of decor and amenities. the bed is comfortable and plasma tv is directly in front of the bed. it has so many channels with western movies. the hotel provides complete set of toiletries. i did not try the breakfast so i've no comment on that. location is near to itc, mall, wtc and mangga dua square - all places are connected by the hotel van.

i enjoyed my time when i was staying at this hotel. even the room is not big enough, but for solo traveller and business trip, still ok. the room is clean and comfort.
Travel tip:
If you are solo / couple (without children) its good choices to stay at this hotel. The price is worth enough with the facilities you got.
