Adequate gym facilities. Strategic location, walking distance to Semanggi Plaza and Planet Hollywood. Widespread of varieties for the breakfast. Hotel a bit old. The interior & furniture also looks old and need some revamping. Most of the hotel staff ranging bellgal, housekeeper, valet attendant & waiters were friendly and helpful. But the front office staff needs to improve.On the day of my check out, I am suppose to my my friend at the hotel lobby at 5pm, as I afraid he has left wihout me I ask the front desk staff to check whether my friend luggage that he left at concierge have been taken (by providing the room no.),he's reply was 'No because there are too many luggage'.I left to airport and on the way my friend call that he is on the way to collect his luggage.That is vcery disappointing and poor service!Other than that all is fine!
Shopping Tip : Don't go to the mall..go to places where locals go to get good bargain like Mangga Dua Senayan Pasaraya etc

Good location and centre to every places and major plazas Bit old and no hot water in the shower. The location is great, walking distance to Plaza Semanggi. So, you will not starve yourself even this is your trip to Jakarta. Centre to all places/plazas like Grand Indonesia, Pacific Place and Tanah Abang (by cab). Basic facilities are well equiped like pool, gym, restaurant, bar etc. The staff are friendly. Can give it a try!!

Gorgeous marble, huge and very clean room, lovely restuarants The hotel provided a warm greeting both at the door and the counter. The staff was helpful with currency change and directions. The room was fantastic as it was a king-sized bed, spacious and the entire place was very clean. The restuarants had friendly staff and excellent food. I highly recommend staying there.
Nightlife Tip : Always take a BlueBird or SilverBird taxi.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to all important places ,easy excess to airport highway. Simanggi Mall next door.Staff very helpful. Clubrooms are big & comfortable.Booking thru Agoda very easy to book and we got good deal for our stay.
Going to the swimming pool and gym area is little difficult, one has to go to 2nd floor come down /up by stairs.I will be better if excess from ground floor. Before booking this hotel I had read few reviews from Agoda clients stayed before. So I had a pretty good idea what to expect. It turned out to be better than what i was expecting. 1st, the offer which we got from Agoda for getting best rate for the club floor with Breakfast etc. 2nd, separate checking in and out for us on club floor.Free snacks, drinks and discounts on laundry.
Would definately use Agoda for future visits.
Shopping Tip : The Simanggi Plaza Mall is next door. The prices are reasonable compared with other Malls in Jakarta, many restaurants to choose from.Taxis easily available.

Well located , excellent service and good food. The excellent service start from the front desk right upto you check out.Everything is perfect including the food.
Shopping Tip : The shopping are all within the hotel location. All you need to do is to asked the hotel front desk for help on the whereabout and they will be happy to assist.

The hotel was in a great location and would go there a again staff always welcome to help you out and show you the way... it was a great place and will recermind it to any one that goes there. it has great staff and the place is great close to places to see. you can always find some thing to do at the hotel. staff are very kind and always there to help you. its a smart and nice place even if you just want to go out for a walk and night.
Restaurant Tip : The one in the hotel has great food and good size meals.

Central location, clean & tidy rooms, good facilities Breakfast waiter was a little forgetful, got the meal order wrong (eggs fried not poached) and forgot the juice My stay at the Crowne Plaza was an overall good experience, hotel room & bath were clean and tidy, staff was courteous, plenty of facilities and central location in Jakarta, would look at staying again

near to city center and shopping mall on a one way street which have to make a big u-turn on return Crowned plaza is very near to city center and next to semmanggi shopping mall, easy access.
Hotel is clean and security is tight enough. Breakfast buffet is good and overall very pleasant stay. You can try the japanese restorant next to the main entrance which serve very good japanese food. The chef is very proffesional japanese and control good quality of food.

polite staff clean rooms impressive entrance staff unable to refer to good shopping places and advise where are the movie cinemas they need a better command of English a breakfast deal should be available, also prepaid sim cards sold at the hotel

Not clean, massage service (SPA) not good the good things about this hotel are these; Location, Price and Lobby. but I noticed that, the room furnitures are not clear such as carpet and bed's covers. however, the overall rate for this hotel I think is less than good. thanks for your survey and customer satisfaction services.

gym is quite good, nice lobby and good pool cheap sheets and blankets, relatively old furnishings in rooms, no wireless in room and separate internet cost/package in lobby. No wireless outside. The Crowne Plaza is a pretty nice hotel, I particularly liked the gym and pool. However, it is relatively old inside the rooms and the blankets are pretty bad. Security is good and its an ok place to stay if you need to on a business budget. Internet service is expensive and wireless is not provided. Location is ok, except that if you need to go in the other direction from the side of the street the hotel is on, you need to wait in traffic for 15 to 20 minutes to turn around. But that is just Jakarta.
Shopping Tip : A mall with decent dining and other amenities is just around the corner. Starbucks there is not open until 10.30 AM.

location and nothing else rooms under renovation, one of the lobby guys told us that we only renovated rooms until 8th floor and still gave us the room on 10th floor!!! poor view, when you look from the window, pool seems to be in the slums. poor amenities, the clocks next to bed shows 3 hours behind actual time, broken switches, poor carpet, dirty couch Travel tip : Not worth staying unless the put you on right floor facing roads on a newly renovated rooms.
