Excellent transit hotel
Large rooms, well equipped, easy access from Jakarta airport, seamless airport transfer, quiet

The hotel provided most of what I need in a transit hotel with the single exception being in-room wi-fi. The airport transfer was easy, the room large and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is available all hours for those with very early departures. Overall, an excellent transit hotel.

Convenient airport hotel with free shuttle service

We arrived shortly before midnight and phoned the hotel from the airport. They sent a bus to pick us up within five minutes which we thought was great service! The room was large and well-equipped, but it did smell of smoke - I think it is best to stipulate a non-smoking room when you book. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. Be aware that the shuttle bus back to the airport in a morning only goes once an hour on the hour. We just missed one, so had to get a taxi - it was no big deal, though. Would definitely stay here again if we were passing through Jakarta.

The staff of this hotel is very tuned in tot he fact that most patrons stay there because it allows them to catch as much sleep as possible before going for the early flights out of JKT. As such, they do their best to expedite check-out and also that you wake up at the right time.
I guess the only gripe I may have is the condition of the shuttle bus used for getting you to the airport. I have a funny feeling that this vehicle is at least 20 years old .... please upgrade is you can?
The stay was otherwise pleasant.

Nice hotel with good service, but they rip me off

I have a problem with this hotel as they asked me to pay a deposit of 1000000 IDR, and after the check out they would return it back to my account, but actually the y have not done that so far. Will you please contact them and see what is the problem.

Better to brave Jakarta Traffic

During an extended stay on business at the airport I wanted a hotel close by to mitigate Jakarta traffic. After three nights of of poor to non-existent service, smoke filled rooms and a poor restaurant I moved closer to Jakarta for the same price in a far superior French owned hotel.
Moving out was the best decision of the stay

Brave 30-45 minutes extra travel time to West Jakarta

Great Airport Transfer, Comfortable Stay
The airport transfer is superb and super friendly!

Our flight was two hours late and the airport transfer guy was patiently waiting for my flight and helped us with the long waiting of luggage. The next morning airport transfer (very early, like 4.30 AM) was also available and delivered us on time for our next flight.
The dinner ordered through room service was also tasty. Very recommended. Breakfast started at 4 AM, very convenient for early travelers like us.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be ready to pay for Rp 1,000,000 deposit although you have paid the room. Of course they will return it in full when you check out, provided that you didn't order anything from the room service or take anything from the mini bar.

very convenient hotel

This hotel is great for 1 night transit close to the airport. The facilities are great, very nice swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, steam room, gym, etc..
The breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean. I was disappointed there was not free wifi in the room, however. I will definitely stay there again when transiting and would recommend the hotel to anybody else. If not only transiting, there is not anything to do/see around the hotel.
They provide free shuttle every hour to the airport.

Was only in hotel for seven hours. I do not have any other comments about the hotel. Everything was very new and clean and everything worked well.

i was very disappointed with this hotel cause i booked the hotel 6 months in advance & some 2 months before my stay garuda told me that i could not fly on the date booked as they cancelled my flight, so on contacting the hotel they refused to move the date forward by just 1 day despite being given plenty of notice. i believe that if the cancellation is not of your making then the hotel should make some effort to accomodate you. fm7 just took my money & told me to rebook. i feel most other hotels would have given me the next day with out paying extra. lets just say i wont be booking with them again !

conveniently close to the airport

Nice hotel, free pick up from airport and only about 15 minutes from the airport. Shame pool is very cold and indoors, no change to lay in the sun to help beat the jet-leg.
Travel tip:
make sure you have per person cash for visum. no credit card available at customs. same again for departure tax!
