as I said good.big clean hotel, but I thing the staff are not well trained in handling guest issues. In addition the hotel location is not that good since you need a taxi every time you go out. Also, most taxi do not know the hotel so you need to take the address and map to help them identify the location.

This is the second time I've been back to Fraser Residence in Jakarta and I plan to make it my go-to stay whenever I'm in town. I usually travel on my own and coming back to the room after a long day feels like coming back home.
The staff are friendly and welcoming (all English speaking, no fret!) and the rooms are always clean and neat. For a service/apartment/hotel, there is always enough cutlery/crockery and cooking utensils for a proper home cooked meal should you choose to try.
Facilities are great, and the location is central enough for a 10min cab ride to the main shopping and leisure districts. It is not right bang smack in the middle of the shopping centres like Grand Hyatt, but if you are looking for a bit of serenity from the busy city, Fraser's is your place.
Great for travelers looking for a home away from home!

we stayed for two nights at fraser residence and will stay there again. it was clean, modern with a huge swimming pool and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask the taxis to take you to the peak appartments as the fraser is very new.

Good location, good facilities, including modern and well-equipped rooms. Warmest hot pool in the spa in all of Jakarta.

Very consistent, warm good service by the staff (Ratna at the front desk immediately comes to mind).
Room was well-equipped and modern, with very firm bed (important for those with back problems).
Need to work on the breakfast buffet which was patchy and rather limited.

Excellent pool and gym facility, very useful for pple who wanna keep fit.

This is our 2nd time stay in the hotel. It´s still amazed us how friendly their staff, the security whose always help us get taxis, very clean room everyday, great housekeeper. We love everything about fraser sudirman! And definitely will come back!
