Boutique hotel with charm

After several stays, had breakfast for the 1st time -- found the spread to be interesting, but unusual. Buffet included meatloaf, roast lamb, and several meaty dishes bringing to mind that these could be leftovers from the previous night's dinner buffet.
Performance of staff was exemplary, particularly Ms. Finda, who made every effort to remember your name, and also was very responsive and service-oriented.
Made use of the Business Center and, although it was small, was impressed by the efficiency of the staff who attended to me.

Just walk outside the hotel you'll find many restaurants and pubs. Blok M plaza, Seven Eleven, and DAMRI shuttle to the airport is also within 5 minutes walk. Just excellent! Room is a bit small, but decoration and facilities are good. For a slightly more, I would recommend staying here instead of the nearby Ambhara for better value of money.
Travel tip:
Use DAMRI bus shuttle to get to/from the CGK airport to save on the taxi fare. I found the service is cheap, reliable, and safe. It's less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Easy check in, there are a lot of restaurants nearby so location is also a plus. The room was small but well designed and comfortable.

Very Nice hotel, very nice personel

Altough Jakarta is, in my opinion, not the most beautifull city in the world This hotel is an oasis in the city. The Gran Mahakan hotel is à very well maintained hotel and the personel is very friendly. Besides that the kitchen is very good.

It was a pleasant Hotel Stay with Late Check out time.
I had a good stay and enjoyed the services of the Hotel
I love the Breakfast spread of Food. It was really very tasty.
In total I am very satisfied. I will come back again to stay in this Hotel.

My stay with my kids is so perfect, even though the swimming pool is not so big, but having it on the 6th floor make it perfect to get relax in the afternoon. the room also nice and clean, and the food in the coffee shop also nice, they have verity of choice during dinner time. the waiters also always serve you with smile. I'll be back next time.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a Starbucks and 7 Eleven nearby and also a pharmacy right next to the hotel

Enjoyable Hotel with Great Service

Good size non smoking room that wasn't in need of refurbishing. Staff were very attentive. Hotel close to plaza & other markets. Breakfast had many options available & all nice. Small pool but sufficed to cool off. Would stay again.
