Nice hotel. If u don't give tipping they won't great u and ignore u. Same goes on at the buffet area. If you're amo they give u priorty first.

First time at this hotel. very helpful staff always greet us with great smiles. for sure our next visit to Jakarta we will stay at this hotel. probably get addicted with the surrounding.
Shopping Tip:
quite a number of shopping complexes around the hotel no need to shop outside the area.

A great hotel for holidaying with courteous staff

Although my stay was short and always in a rush to golfing very early in the morning, my wife enjoyed the facilities and the location is ideal for her to do shopping and to eating places.
