Booked this hotel after reading fantastic reviews on Agoda. Great location for food and nightlife. Also very near to a shopping complex. Room a bit small for the price. Swimming pool is very small but has a nice jacuzzi built-in. Nice view of surrounding from the pool. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was also quite good with a wide variety. However a bit far from touristy places like the Taman Mini Indonesia and the Ragunan Zoo.
Restaurant Tip:
The Koi restaurant next door does a great duck confit. The Nasi Padang restaurant opposite the restaurant also serves nice Indonesian Padang cuisine.

Great location if you're on holiday and want to get in touch with real life in Jakarta, not just business or tourist traps. Internet in year 2010 could be much less expensive
Nightlife Tip:
Definitely go to the nearby tiny lake in the evening, it's a centerpoint of area's nightlife

I’m not sure whether this hotel aims for business or leisure travelers. I feel negativity towards me during check-in and check-out at front-desk. Something needs to improve is confirmation between travel agent and this hotel. I was already charged for this hotel before I came and I didn’t like to be asked for it many times.

The best hotel I've stayed in so far. Because The staff are just so caring and hospitable - the other shortcomings like small bathroom etc do not matter any more.They went to the extent of pressing the lift buttons for you.

The hotel is located in nice area and surrounded by many restaurants, pharmacies and church. The shopping mall also not far from this hotel. The reception working very expert and fast. in less than 10 minutes my room key is already handed to me. The room is not so big but very clean, private, tidy and comfort.

i had requested a very quiet room as i am a very light sleeper. my room was at the back of the building and i did not hear any noise at all. my room was well specified. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had quality products.i always judge a good hotel by the power of the shower and this hotel did not disappoint me. i would gladly stay at this hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
I ate at the restaurant opposite the hotel and it had a good choice of seafood
