Good location but bad everything else

* Bad:
1. Everything is small
e.g. bed, TV, room, bathroom, lobby, swimming pool, etc.
2. 3 star look and feel
Not-so-clean atmosphere
Sometimes you get to feel like you are staying in a 3 star hotel or below.
- Found the dead body of a small ant inside the toothbrush case
(Lucky that I brought my own)
- Bathroom looks like 3 star hotel's.
3. Get to wake up in the middle of the night at least 1-2 times
because of the passing by noisy motorcycle
4. Quite low and unstandardized service level for a 5 star hotel.
(Breakfast restaurant staff, Doormen)
- needs more training in swiftness, kindness and standardization
5. Communication & Preparation(or no luck:
Think twice if you want to visit Jakarta in June)
This could be my fault that I didn't additionally request or confirm
for a double bed when I was making a reservation in Agoda.
My room was reserved for twin beds somehow.
When I asked if they can change for a double bed in the front desk,
she said yes and my room has got a double bed.
When I asked if they are twin beds, she said yes, they are twin beds.
So, she was confusing a double bed with twin beds. :)
When I asked if they can change it to a double bed later,
she said impossible because rooms are fully booked.
Therefore, I had to sleep in only one of the twin beds for the full 5 nights alone.
* Good
1. Location
Very good if you have more activities in South Jakarta.
Mall(Blok M Plaza), ATM, good restaurants all in 3-5 minutes walk
Note: Horrible to go to North Jakarta as you have to get stuck in a car for one hour.
2. Comfortable atmosphere and ok food for breakfast

* Good or bad?
Weird that male staff tend to have better understanding of the services in a hotel
than female staff except staff at the entrance door.

Nice, cosy but getting expensive
Attentive, polite and service-oriented staff; good selection of restaurants; easy access to ATM and convenience store.

The best beef burger I have ever had (from room service) -- so good, I had it twice ! Staff were all very friendly and attentive, even serving you at the table from the buffet.

Enjoyable, safe and fun.
Service personnel be it at Front desk or pool side or restaurant or entrance are polite, gave unbelievable support and response. This really made the hotel stay so pleasant and comfortable.

Nice comfortable stay in South Jakarta
Nice location in South Jakarta. Great varieties of breakfast buffet, delicious. Very comfortable bed. Nice Japanese Restaurant in the hotel
