I liked it all - a great experience, attentive and pleasing staff, who were interested in their guests, good restaurants, good atmosphere throughout. Some large hotels tend to have little character, they lack the int9imacy of being "home from home". Although it is a large hotel, that is not the case of the Gran Melia. The staff are not only friendly but act like friends who want to make their guests feel welcome. And besides all the people there is the building, which is indeed "Grand", which makes a stay so pleasurable.

Spacious room, good breakfast spread, great service Much improvement needed for Lost & Found counter. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights due to business trip. Am impressed by the spaciousness of the room. Front desk service is excellent. Decent breakfast spread. Am terribly disappointed at the Lost & Found counter. Left my toiletries bag in room afer check out. Called hotel to keep the bag for me till I return. Upon collection, found bag and contents all gone except 1 toothbrush. Am appalled at the honesty level of staff.

Staff attitude and service were marvelous, presentation was immaculate, and an excellent overall experience.
Without any doubt the most pleasant stay in a long time in a hotel room. I do travel a lot with my business. The minimum you require is a pleasant welcome after a long day of travel and work. I personally experienced this in abandon. You cannot ask for more in service than what was provided for in this price range. I will recommend it to anyone at any time. Thank you.
