This was a bad stay at the room that they provide had lotsa problem, i have change my room a total of 4 times. The aircord did not work and it was not cold.
was really disappointing however I go to say that the staff help and they compensated by providing us food, and late check out option and massage etc.

This is a couple times I have stayed at Grand Cemara Hoel. The location at city center and strategic. Price is affordable. Check in was fast. The lobby is small. Over all Room was clean and comfortable but it looks old and small. Service is good and lots of smiles. The hotel also have good facilities.

It's been 4 nights here at Grand Cemara Hotel since the location is really strategy to access to anything you want in Jakarta, close to Stasiun Gambir (Gambir Railway Station), Sarinah Busway Station (TransJakarta), Mega Shopping Malls just a few footsteps such as Sarinah, Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia Shopping Town also the big wholesale market at Pasar Tanah Abang, for your catering.... Starbucks Coffee, McDonald's and Burger King's for 24-hour opening is just 10 minutes walk from this hotel and many famous Indonesian restaurants are around here also, and if you want to try Indonesian hawker foods which delicious and very fame ,, go to Jalan Sabang just 7 minutes walk from this hotel also. About this hotel , it seems a bit old but not dirty ,, wifi is all around surfing at this hotel but sometimes quite slow ,,, the staffs are very sincere and good service minded... they are happy to help you in anything you need to know in Jakarta like where to dine, to hang out, to shopping, to sightseeing, etc. Overall of my stayed was impress :)
