The best Features of the Hotel was the easy access to the Shopping Mall from within the Hotel. In addition the Hotel was the cleanest and most updated Hotel I have been in here in Jakarta. The only area of improvement is the Internet speed and Maybe WIFI for the whole building or all floors. Unless you stay on the really high Floors where they offer WIFI. I stayed at the Hotel Friday and Saturday night to get to see the downtown Jakarta area and do some shopping. The Room looked out over the famous roundabout and many financial buildings. The Clean rooms and clean hotel throughout was a comforting experience. The Main Lobby offers a vaulted ceiling 3-4 stories high and waterfalls running through the stairs up to the 1st Floor. On this 1st floor you will find walking access right into the Plaza Indonesia where there is every store known to man. It was impressive. The Grand Cafe for Breakfast had many dishes to choose from and they make waffles or pancakes right there for you if you want a break from the Indonesian Cuisine. All in all it was a pleasant break from the area where I was before and was heading to.
Shopping Tip : Across the street pretty much and within walking distance is the Sarinah department store. On the 4th floor I found some great buys on Batik and local jewelry and other indonesian gifts for friends.

Politeness of staff, high standard of service, excellent room Breakfast food was only average in quality andlimited in choice. My partnerand I stayed one night before going to Bogor/Bandung. On return we stayed another night. Both stays were very pleasant and enjoyable,and we plan to stay at Grand Hyatt again during our future trips.
Shopping Tip : Grand Hyatt guests has direct walk-thru access to the high end Plaza Indonesia shopping centre which is very convenient for us.

location, bed, swimming pool been staying again in this hotel for 2 nights,
a very well service, nice staff, the bed is very comfortable, breakfast is great. location are just few step walks from shopping mall. will come back to stay for sure.
