Good location, Great service, bad wifi pricing.
7
Good rooms, nice location for oil and gas meetings, but terrible part on the hotel for charging 15 us for Internet.
There are no free Internet options, which means that a a business traveller you are forced to pay for the wifi.
Good ammenities in terms of basketball court, and small running track.
Service is excellent too, althought strange that they have no express checkout counter. They had a long queue when I left, filled with people clambering to checkin in and out at the lobby counters all in the same line.
Travel tip:
The hotel is old and tasteless in decor, but if you are travelling for business, it's just alright.

Good location, half hour ckeckin queue, bad wifi

Good location, taxi is easily available. Check-in queue is too long as it is understaffed. Food will come only after half an hour if you order. Internet? Expensive. No free Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel, but no internet
6.7
We booked two superior rooms, but were upgraded to one deluxe King sized room and one superior so that we could be on the same floor. The rooms were clean and tidy, the grounds were beautiful and a great place to exercise. But, we were disappointed in a lack of wi-fi access and with the high cost of food at the hotel. The buffet breakfast had variety, but every single thing was mediocre in taste. We chose this hotel due to the gardens and so that we could be close to Masjid Istiqlal (walking distance) for Friday prayers.

Grand and comfortable Hotel with good service
Spacious, secure, good location

I like the name of this hotel and its design really match the theme well. I hope the hotel can consider changing its shower curtain and towers as they are quite smelly. I believe it is time for the hotel to have a major renovation to upgrade its room as well.
Other than some of the setback, my overall experience in this hotel is still good

Nice hotel but understaffed
Good looking hotel with nice newly refurbished rooms
7.7
Hotel Borobudur is one of the better hotels I've stayed in Jakarta. The location is perfect for me as it is ij downtown but outside the 3-in-1 restricted zone. The hotel looks grand making it value for money. Full facilities are offered. However, the drawback is that there is always a long queue at the reception counter, whether for check-in or check-out. There are only 2 staff even at the highest peak hour. This should be changed rapidly. I like the room very much as it gives a "feeling' or exclusivity.
