Clean and efficient check-in.
The aircon was super cold even after switching it off.
The hotel was pleasant and checking-in was relatively hassle free. The only complaint I have is the room's air-conditioning. It was very cold when I stepped into the room and even after switching it off, it was still cold. But with the blankets, it made it bearable. The food served in the restaurants was not too bad. And the best part is the hotel being directly connected to the shopping mall next door.

The Ciputra Hotel in Jakarta remains one of my favorites. It offers everything in high quality that the business traveller requires. It is one of the closet "in-town" hotels to the airport. The food and accommodations are all superior. The TV selection is outstanding. Being connected to the Mall, the Ciputra offers excellent shopping without having to battle traffic. The staff is courteous and efficient. The hotel is also easy to find for business clients. I would recommend the Ciputra over most others.

good gym facilities
breakfast is ok compare to the other hotel in the west
swimming pool a bit small
so far i have been staying Hotel Ciputra for more than 5times since year 2006 due to it's nearer to my parnter office. i had tried a few other hotel in the west jakarta however i still fing it's the better one in term of is tidy and clean, hotel staff is also very nice.
The room was clean and it was cleaned within my expectation on the following day.
The rooms are very spacious too. only thing is bathroom abit old maintain.
