Pay for the most expensive room and was told that it was a non-smoking room. Had requested for a smoking room during booking, when arrvie, I was been told that the room I book (most expensive room during most booking)all are non-smoking room.

Overall it convenience for us to shopping and dining cause just place with shopping mall and all branded good reasonable price . We check in at 5 o'clock cause customer late check out but it not the reason to give us cause it their matter . It a good place to stay when back to Jakarta but quit expensive refer to other hotel .The hotel very clean and comfortable , behalf , breakfast many choice for us but staff less smiling when ask for something .

the room was clean and had nice view. feels a bit old in the bathroom. I stayed in this hotel just for overnight. I had smoking room. The room was clean and pretty big for one person. Bathroom was ok too.
I'd love to stay there again if I go to jakarta again.

breakfast ok,location in a shopping mall my room at the 15 floor really need to be renovated,some plug did not work ,bathroom so so.internet very expensive 200 000 for 24 hrs . last time I stayed at the 17 floor and it was better.this time my room was ok for this price but for this kind of hotel I may try another one last time .Staff very kind and helpfull,drink quite expensive for indonesia

Overall ambience and the service is good. The bathroom wall tiles are full of mildew and algae, which feels dirty.
Kettle in room was not working though engineering assisted in reparing it. Was not able to make my morning coffee.

The rooms inclusive the view are great. Nice swimming pool with pool bar and friendly staff. Direct access to the shopping mall. The surrounding of the hotel is not just a place you would like to live. I was very content with the standard of the rooms and the cleanliness of all facilities. The staff was very polite so you feel welcome. Big selection at the breakfast buffet. In the evening the tables are in use for the restaurant. That makes not a really romantic atmosphere. But you cannot complain on the food and the prices.

Does not get into the Central Jakarta traffic if you are coming from and returning to the airport. Classy hotel connected to a popular mall...makes spending idle time easy. And it completely avoids the worst areas of Jakarta traffic if you are coming from the airport. The room was great and had a fairly nice view. The staff was exceptional and very friendly (too much perhaps?). And the complimentary breakfast buffet was among the best I've ever had at a hotel. The connected mall and supermarket allows for ease of shopping and eating.
Restaurant Tip : Do not miss the complimentary buffet breakfast. It was delicious and the dining hall is nice.

Try to book on Agoda before you go there because they won't give you the discount if you book at the front desk. We tried to book for another day this time at front desk due to not being able to connect to the Internet, they insist to give us a standard price.
Shopping Tip : You will find good department stores in Ciputra shopping mall together with a lot of nice food in the various restaurents.
