Clean and decent room compatible with the rates paid. Friendly and accomodating staff. Free WIFI at the lobby. Mosquitoes at lobby.
Air-conditioning was turned off at night till the morning at lobby area which makes it rather stuffy.
Stayed for a night on 8 Nov 2009 in a standard room. Decent enough room for a budget hotel. Clean toilet. Air-conditioning could be left on throughout the night for comfort of hotel guests who wished to relax or surf the net at the lobby. Also the most important thing is the mozzies at the lobby lounge-they need to be eradicated!!!

Room clean,tidy,nice and has good facilities. Smoking smell in corredoor and even inside my room. It was first time I visited Indonesia -Jakarta. This hotel was nice but the thing which I dislike is that the smell of the smoke even inside my room and also in the restuarant I found mosquetos on the food and I asked one of the servants there but I didn't get good answer. In general the hotel was good but quit expensive.

easy-going staff. effiency service lots of flies, location far from city but close to train station I was so pleased to stay in Ibis kemayoran Hotel. The room was very clean. Although it wasnt realy big size, everything was so comfortable. The washroom was quite tidy and the equipment was new. I would like to praise the receptionaist as they were very helpful and willing to help me. When i got trouble about using the telephone card, they kept helping me and dailing the numbers, it spent lots of time. Thank you so much. And also provided my family about the tourist spots and rental cars information.Thank you so much.

The staff was extremely curtious and the price was very good value.The building was well located and in house facilities such as the poolgave the impression its a 4 star Hotel. Toilets were abit old and needed refurbishment.A locker/vault in the room will be welcomed.Although the hotel told us WiFi was only available in the lobby area we were able to pick up in our room. The choise in the restaurant is poor ( too much of asian food ,no cheese),could or should be better. inside the the elavator was too hot ( I can estimate why but still it was too warm) Last week I had a very pleasent stay in the hotel IBIS KEMAYORAN.First reason for my sadisfaction is the excellent service of the very friendly personal.The second one is location of the hotel.It is not in the center but it is very closed.The hotel has also very different acces to other sections of the city.

really good staff freindly and helpful nice breakfast, clean rooms, lots of tv channels, lovely shower location not the best but taxis are cheap... not much of use within walking distance scaff were so nice, gave us a map when we checked in and advice where to go to get food. rooms were quite small but very clean and lovely new bathroom with rain showers. however hotel is in a bit of a dodgey street not really suitable if you plan to walk anywhere, but taxis easy to get from hotel, about 20,000rp to train station. overall good for stopping over but not if you want to stay to see jakarta.

Relatively cheap, free wi-fi Very old, shabby, worn-out, very small and stinky room, bad location, signal of free wi-fi unreliable, staff not particularly helpful Go for this hotel only if you are on extremely low budget and the only thing you need is a bed and relatively clean place to overnight in. Room is very small, stinks by smoke and "oldness", furniture old and shabby, staff not very helpfull(no one will help you with your luggages from the cab to lobby and to your room) though relatively polite. Location is nightmare - forget about walking around for food/shopping(no reason, there is nothing). Next time will rather choose more expensive hotel. Do your best to avoid this place.

- Situated infront of Military Builidng, so probably the most safest hotel in town.
- Good rooms for the price. - Not in the heart of Jakarta TV have good channel such as HBO and ESPN.
The pool is in adequate size and quite relaxing. They provide massage and sauna services.
Not exactly at the heart of Jakarta so you have to take a public transport.
Feel secure as the hotel situated directly in front of Military Building
For Muslim apparel please take a taxi or Ojek to tanah Abang as walking is too far. Recommended to stay at IBIS Arcadia if shopping is your sole reason for travelling to Jakarta

free wifi in lobby area, clean and warm swimming pool. small rooms, over an hour to get room ready. I arrived a little early at the hotel, which is said to be in Central Jakarta, but in truth is rather a long way from any of the things you would want to see in the city. My room was not ready, so I waited in the lobby area. Over an hour later, the room was finally available. The room was rather cramped, but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, though a little slow at doing anything.

- 5 mins to mini market (by taxi) - Small room but cozy.
- Do not have mini market within walking distance. Took the promo deal without breakfast. Really a good deal!
Quite a pleasant stay for a week. Service was ok, just have to bear with their slow response. (Or maybe I can't speak good Indonesia language)
Overall, it is a good value for money hotel to stay if you are not a demanding person. :)
Shopping Tip : Electronic City @ Mangga Dua Mall which is 20-30 mins away at north from hotel

the smell in the room is bad the room is small but if you just sleep, it is enough. the smell in the room is bad and I think the carpet is dirty. I have to check out for the flight at 4am, however, it is hard for us to wake up the receptionist. All in all, the room is value for money, especially good for budget traveller.
