Location is good, easy to find good n cheaper food, easy access to the malls and BlueBird taxi readily available. Hotel bedroom's clean and cable TV makes the stay less boring.
Check-in is quite slow,toilet a bit mouldy. Got to call housekeeping for towels.
The location of hotel is good for shopping-there is a mall for IT products, and nearby, another mall that sells apparels and fashion merchandise. Although I must say there are not many shops selling Muslim apparels.
It is also easy to find hawker food-good and cheaper than hotel food. Taxi is easy to get, so travelling around is not a problem.
The room is okay although the shower cubicle is quite mouldy. We had an incident whereby we got locked out of the room. And the maintenance staff took 10 minutes to come over and unlock the door for us.
Overall, the stay is quite pleasant. Although we feel that the staff should be more efficient.
Shopping Tip : For Muslim apparels, it is better to stay at Ibis Arcadia which is nearer to Tanah Abang shopping malls.

The location of teh hotel is not good.
The roomn was very very noisy
The hotel is not also clean and the staff is not ready to help.
Internet is not working
There is only one restaurant and I had to wait long before to be served
The price of this IBIS was similar to the other location and I would invite you to stay far from this one.
The location is very bad for traffic and also I was not feel confortable to walk near by to the hotel.
The room was not clean, it was very noisy. Some very strong rumor every 30 minutes. Incredible.
Internet is not working for 3 days in the room and evrytime the staff promise that the day after would be better. Never!!
The staff was very slow, either a the reception taht at the restaurant.
