Not too far from the airport and medium sized malls. Quite clean. Room service excellent in speed and taste of menu ordered.Cleaning and gym staff very courteous.Gym-has good selection of equipment.
No karaoke area. Pool in front of barbeque and breakfast guests - less privacy.Staff at front desk not well versed in English - prefer to respond in local language when spoken to in English.
I went in as a leisure guest but extended another 2 nights under a request from an international automotive company based in Jakarta where I was called for an interview.Upon submission of the guarantee letter at extension, the staff said all was in order but upon check out the counter(lady) staff in question (Dina)was giving me a problem that the payment must be made by me and not the company. After a heated exchange of words, she finally agreed to call the company and then without any apology just said that the payment will be transferred. Meaning that it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place and the event took up my time until I couldn't have the breakfast that was actually charged already to the room because of my return flight.Ibis should learn from FMZ hotel near the airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If u want to save, just walk out from the hotel entrance, turn left and walk about 500 metres before u reach the main roundabout where you can get on any of the cheaper transportation modes( one-tenth the price) than the taxi parked at the hotel

When we first enter our room, wow! The interior seems fresh with modern-minimalist touch, makes the room cozy enough to stay on. Although the size of the room makes us wrinkle a little bit, but it's not enough to makes us want to leave.
The staff are nice and helpful from time to time, always trying to help, even at late night.
The room rate is a good offer for value. I think it is the lowest in this level.
The next morning, we are eager for our breakfast. Usually, it's always a hard time feeding my daughter her breakfast. But here, it's surprisingly easy. She loves them. Wide range of breakfast menu makes us enjoy more of our stay.
Something of my concern is the pool bad location. It is placed in a crowded area, makes it less private.

This Hotel only some floor have internet , and most the floor dont have internet in room only available at lobby, but most the time lobby are fully seat.
