Near to the EX shopping mall and Hard Rock Cafe. Food serve in the restaurant are cheap and good We need to pay for the Hotel internet service, but the network is lousy, keep logging out. Toilet are clamp, not suitable for people who is big size. The location of the Hotel is good, coz it is in the city. Quite safe to walk at night also. Food serve in the hotel is cheap and good. Staffs there are polite and friendly. Easily accessible to Hard Rock Cafe and Shopping Mall.

Well maintained. Fast service, clean. good location Within the same vicinity in central Jakarta, this is a really worthwhile place to stay. Staff well trained and swift. We called to change a bulb and they came within 10 mins. Staff courteous. good facilities with swimming pook even. Abundant BlueBird taxis waiting outside. No hanky panky stuff. With is central location, its the recommended place to stay whether it is business or with family.

Never any water in room
Room quite tired An OK hotel, but bad service, (including asking for an $80 deposit for a 1 night stay, when the mini bar was empty), and a tired worn out room. There are better options available, but they are a bit too far out to justify recommendation.

only 2 lift for up and down my stay here is overall good, only there is one morning the laundry people knocking my door and ask if i have laundry, that really annoying me, other than that i can say this hotel with good location for eating and other places within jakarta is good

Provide ONE bottle of drinking water (complimentary) Shower tiles are slippery.And its a bit dark inside the bath room.
No safe box.
No hair dryer.
The key to the room is some kind of 'weird'. This is my first time staying at this hotel.It was simple, small and clean.When I was supposed to have the Queen Size room instead of Twin Singles.But they said the hotel was fully booked so they just give me what ever they have.I was kind of disapointed because I was staying alone so the other bed was untouched.
I was a simple , clean, small room.The bad news was, there weren't any safe box or hair dryer inside the room.But they do provide electric kettle.
Most taxis didn't know where the hotel is.So you have to say near Sarinah then you can tell where it is.I think the hotel is located at Menteng (I could be wrong)
Shopping Tip : Sarinah is the place to shop.

Clean room and central location. No free WiFi and quite ignorent staff Upon arrival to the hotel we were met by a not so hospital staff at the reception desk. The room was smaller than expected but clean and in otherwise expected condition. Not so suitable for families travelling with kids but OK for the lone traveller. Location is good!

location, security, comfortable room, cleanliness, great food in restaurant. nothing negative, great budget accommodation in Jakarta. great location about 15,000IDR to city centre, must check out Plaza Indonesia the most fantastic shops I've ever seen. Comfortable rooms with carpet, large tv. Hotel restaurant had huge selection for breakfast. Hotel has air-conditioned gym and an outdoor pool. Staff excellent as well, even had a dress dry-cleaned last minute and was no problem.

room service food is lousy I had no major problems with this hotel as it is very near to Grand Indonesia (taking a cab will cost about 15000 rupiah and the best thing is little or no jam). Thus journey will take less than 15mins

easy to catch a cab,it wait in front of the hotel anytime. overall, good hotel if you want to travel around jakarta town since the cab is always in front of the hotel anytime and somemore its bluebird taxi, you can trust them. I have tried the hotel's spa treatment and its good with affordable price. the hotel is near with shopping complex and tanah abang. The service is okay not that good because of the late check in and i did ask for a 3 pin plug to charge my hp but never got one.
Shopping Tip : near to tanah abang, a good place to for fabrics, leather goods, etc.

this hotel is suitable for couple or solo traveller since the room is a bit small. good things about this hotel is the taxi service which always available 24hours. The hotel is very near to tanah abang which offers leather goods, fabrics, etc with affordable price. the hotel also offers other services sich as spas treatment which value for money.

hotel is old and internet is chargeable It is conveniently located near to business center as well as shopping center. Blue Bird Group of taxies are stand by, so, it is easy to move around with safety. The hotel facility is old and toilet flush is not strong enough.
The internet is chargeable and the power source outlets are not conveniently located for the usage of computer. The floor is carpeted and the flooring would be better and hygienic.
The hotel staff is efficient and friendly.
Hotel Feature Tip : It is good to have a pool of Blue Bird Group of taxies in front of the hotel, with which, we can travel with safety, however, if you make longer distance journey, it is suggested that you should book hourly rented chauffer driven car, which will result to be cheaper compared with the taxi fare.

location, standardized service, well-known brand, bed and comforter was great and clean! blue bird taxi permanently stationed at hotel! service at bar was poor and unmanned. I stayed at the Ibis hotel in central Jakarta. The hotel has a few locations so as a chain, you knew they had certain standards to meet. The bed and room was always clean. I really enjoyed the soft and cooling comforter. Sleep was always great. Jakarta requires a lot of taxi travel and having a blue bird wait at the hotel at all times of the day was perfect! The hotel was w/in walking distance to Sarinha mall and other restaurants.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : across the street is a nice place for inexpensive local food. there is also a Japanese restaurant on the second floor behind the local indo food place. a mc'donalds, burger king, and o la la is w/in walking distance and 24-hr internet is above the mcdonald's.

Street outside hotel is pretty rowdy. The hotel is located in area close to Sarinah (10min walk) where western foods eg. McD, Pizza, Starbuck Coffee, Hero Hypermarket etc are located. Hotel is clean & room is not dirty. Front desk staffs service is exceptionally pleasant & polite. However, breakfast is boring as nothing unconventional served.

It is value for money, at the price, all should appreciate the location - not far from Senayan City, closeby to Tanah Abang, closeby to very nice posh spa called The Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa. Hotel staffs speak English and are very helpful and courteous. I will return to this hotel. Lunch was not much of a great deal. Breakfast has quite a selection but rice on one particular day was not fully cooked. Room is very small but ok. Toilet bowl was badly placed, people would have trouble finding comfort there. Overall hotel is nice, good location, helpful and friend staff make up for the little shortcomings that were present. I like everything about the hotel except for the toilet bowl. It is position in a way that it is too close to the wall in the front and one side of the wall. Basic amenities are present and for the price, none should complain much. It is just a short drive to Senayan City and Tanah Abang and a short walk to Sarinah Centre where there is the supermarket. Closeby also are fastfood restaurants.

- The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Room was clean and cozy.
- Location was good and accessible to a lot of places. - Food during breakfast can have more variety.
- The gym was very noisy when I went to do my workout several times because the members were talking very loud; it was very distracting and annoying.
- I requested for wake-up call several times but never got one. For the price you paid, it was value for money. It’s a good hotel for the business traveler. The room is comfortable and clean with running hot and cold water in the bathroom. It is located in the heart of the city so it’s very accessible to a lot of locations; given the traffic in Jakarta, this is a big plus.
One big irritant though – the time I stayed there, several times, there were some guests riding the elevator with their lit cigarettes in hand and pretend that they do not understand English when you tell them to put their cigarettes out.
