the staff were friendly and helpful a little small for the price. THere was smoking in the restaurant for breakfast.. no non smoking option. Overall the hotel was fine, right in airport, even at 11pm there was someone to help me with my many bags up the stairs to the reception. The staff was friendly , I was in my room 10 minutes after showing up. The room was a bit small and the price was a bit high, but very convenient.

Organisation on front desk
Food choice poor. I stayed at the Airport Hotel for three nights 17 - 20 June 2009. Check in was reasonably quickly done, my room was clean if a little tired. There was no iron or ironing board but the hotel staff were very quick to provide one which was appreciated.
Organisi9ng taxis though was a challange. I arranged with the front desk to have a taxi for 0700 on the following morning but when I arrived to meet the taxi there was no-one there nor did anyone know anything about it. The situation was retrieved by a staff member fibnding me a taxi but the nett result was I left later than expected and incurred a fair amount of stress in the process.
Late check-out cost me $50 and I only found out about this when I went to have my room key renewed on the last day.
The biggest disappointment was the food which was very high cholestrol in all choices and the salad options very limited.
Overall I felt that the hotel waas acceptable but could do much better. The staff were probably the best feature iof the hotel as they were all very friendly and helpful/well meaning even if they did not always do what they set out to do.

It's right in the airport..very convenient for early morning flight no elevators, only ramps for luggage Decent service, great location for early morning flight. Breakfast was pretty good.

I like its proximity to the airport. The hotel is very old and looks dirty. The hotel is conveniently located at the terminal 2 area of the airport. When we arrived at around 12am, it felt spooky because the hotel looked and felt old and there was a stain in the bed sheet. The only good point of this hotel is that if you only have limited time till your next flight, it's an okay hotel to rest.

Very close to domestic arrival/departure points. Easy check-in and out. Clean, comfortable accommodation that made a difficult early-morning flight more tolerable. None really. Once your free hour is up, you can buy a card. I was able to leave my luggage with reception and use the lobby/bar area to wait rather than the busy, uncomfortable terminal. This also has wirless connection. Very helpful - I will stay again.

If you need a transit hotel in Jakarta and do not want to travel an hour into the city or stay at a nearby supposedly five star hotel, then Jakarta Airport hotel is reasonably priced and very convenient. Do not expect service as this hotel's selling point is a convenient transit fascility. Breakfast is modest. They are quite helpful though in providing transfers to the other aiports. This hotel is in terminal 2 and should you need to take a flight to terminal 1 ,they will arrange this for free. Staff are cordial but do not expect them to be attentive and fussy.
Restaurant Tip : if you like fast food cusine, there are many at the airport. some close at 10pm however.

A very good place to make a quick stop between flights of an overnight stay. Clean well presented rooms, good restaurant and bar facilities. Surprisingly quiet for a hotel ACTUALLY part of a terminal building. It is a little awkward moving suitcases in and out of the residential area through the foyer. The hotel offers the traveler an excellent opportunity to rest or relax between overnight flight departures or between connections. Especially good for a four hour rest and freshen up before onward travel. It is very quiet for a hotel that is part of the airport terminal. The restaurants and bar facilities are very good and the rooms well furnished. The only downside is traveling into the city, normally by taxi, which can be very expensive. USE THE METER !!!

Hotel inside Airport, perfect for transit, staff are nice and helpful. deluxe rooms preferable I stayed in Jakarta Airport Hotel for one day for transit. It's the perfect solution for those who have transit for a day or two in jakarta to avoid the traffice. Hotel is only minutes from terminal 2 for international departures.
i would definitely stay there again if i have transit in CGK.
Hotel Feature Tip : you will find alot of restaurants opened 24 hours at the airport terminal only a minute walking from hotel.

Excellent location if your flight is leaving out that day or the next. Good price on alcohol and fair price on food. Not a high dollar hotel and will never be accused of being a luxury hotel yet charges luxury price. I would suggest the Sheraton down the street for much less and not very far from the airport. If I had to stay more than 1 day I would choose another hotel. The staff was ok but just barely. Although its in the international terminal of the aiport they seem to be in the 80s or early 90s when it comes to hotel construction. The location is not good for tourism as it strands you more then 50 miles from the city of Jakarta.

Keine langen Anfahrtswege mit Stau
Alles nötige Vorhanden Wir haben unseren Flug für den nächsten Morgen gebucht. Da wir von Surabaya kamen, wollten wir uns nicht auf die zuverlässigkeit der indonsischen Fluggesellschaften verlassen und flogen bereits am vorabend nach Jakarta. Das Flughafnhotel war uns für die Uebernachtung sehr willkommen und wir konnten unsere weiterreise am ächsten Tag ausgeruht und ohne Stress antreten.
