2 minute walk from the terminal. Clean, helpful staff, front desk can check in your luggage for domestic flights (not sure for Int'l) so you don't need to wait in line. The hotel sits on just 1-2 floors, and directly above the whole length of the international/domestic terminal. I didn't hear any aircraft noise, but there was continous noise from airport terminal renovations through the night. This may have been an isolated case but staff could neither do anything about it, nor explain what it was from. This was in early Nov, 2009. Great basic airport hotel, and very convenient if you are in transit overnight. Probably not so good if you were in transit for a whole day, as it did not appear to have many of the standard services.

Good for travellers on transit for domestic connections in Indonesia. Safe the time and money to travel between airport and city hotels.
Room is clean. Staffs are polite. Facilities are spartan, matching 2 or 3 star hotel. Rate is too expensive of same catagory. Lobby is just too small and narrow. If you carry heavy lugages, you need additional strength to carry them up the stairs at the unfriendly entrance. Recommended for those travellers having short connection transit to another domestic destination in Indonesia. This hotel is just a night rest to get early connection the next day or for day use rest.

Convenient, comfortable, great service Breakfast, but hey, it was free with the room I enjoyed my stay at the Jakarta Airport Hotel. It was quick and convenient for my 1 day trip in Jakarta. I will definitely be staying there again for quick business trips.

It is at the airport, perfect for long layovers or that early departure where you can't risk Jakarta traffic causing you to miss your flight. There's nothing there to do, it's at the airport outside the security screening so no duty free shopping while checked in. Also the hotel does not allow food to be taken to the room from restuants other than the hotel's. This rather ticked me off, to put it politely. For the quality of the room, considering it being Jakarta, the room is rather pricey for what you get. You are paying for convienance of departure/arrival only. The hotel's "outside food not allowed" will most surely anger many travellers as it did me. Over all, the hotel is what it is, and I will use again when the need arises but most surely will stay elsewhere when my schedule will permit.
Restaurant Tip : Eat at one of the little restaurants outside the hotel, and refrain from eating at the hotel restaurant. Thier in room dinning policy means they don't deserve the dinning business.

Good location. You can reach the hotel on foot from/to the gates for flights. You may be caught up in a heavy traffic jam in Jakarta city or on the way, thus if you only need a room for transit, it would be convenient especially for late night arrival and early morning departure. Breakfast service is available at its restaurant from 04:00 to 09:30 (even after, people could keep eating...) and it was quite a good buffet! Basic amenities are equipped (you may check "Hotel info" on Agoda website), and coffee/tea maker is there as well, but staff seemed to forget to make sure everything is properly supplied, and I was enable to use creamer for coffee when I hoped to do (late at night). It may be a small mistake, but staff could be more careful to welcome guests. As for facility, there are only stairs/slopes from its reception to guest rooms and it will be inconvenient for guests with heavy baggages. Also the hotel is a slender building and has a long corridor, and you may have to walk long if your room is far from the reception. I was supposed to overnight at this hotel at first, but due to my flight change, I stayed there for three nights in the end. During my stay there, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I hoped to change the booking date of my flight, staff went to the airline counter to go through procedure for me at no cost. Also when I asked the reception clerk about where I can get a safe taxi or where I can buy something I want, the staff not only explained orally, but also took me to the place with friendly smile.
As for Internet access, some reviews mentioned they cannot make it in their rooms, but if you bring your PC with wireless device and buy a prepaid card for Internet at the reception, you will be able to enjoy it in your room anytime (at least I made it). It was fast-speed access, and Rp.40,000 for two hours (It does not have to be consecutive two hours. You can reconnect as long as the balance is left). This is just for your information for those who wish to have Internet access in their own rooms!
Shopping Tip : There are no shops inside the hotel, but you can go down to the airport in a minute, where many restaurants, coffee shops, kiosks, and spa are there, thus you will not be in trouble. For shopping for enjoyment, I went to "Taman Anggrek" (a big shopping mall) by taxi (about 30-45 minutes from airport, depending on the traffic). There are many fashionable shops and supermarket as well. This mall is located between the airport and the center of Jakarta city, and you could save more time for transportation than going to the city. Of course you can find other interesting malls in the city, and you can enjoy them if you wish go there! (For example, I had a good time at Sarinah Department Store in the Central Jakarta city. You can find many lovely handicrafts for souvenirs!!!)

Very convenient for overnight stay and through travel. no important cons, except for relatively long walk from the lobby to room. The airport hotel is easy to find outside the arrival area of the international airport. The staff is kind and effecient, and the room adequate, though a bit small. The air conditioning and hot water worked fine, which is a pleasant difference from some other hotels we stayed in while visiting Indonesia. I would recommend this hotel if one needs an overnight rest before traveling on.

the best feature of the jakarta airport hotel is its convenience and free breakfast buffet. when i checked in it, there was a quite long delay because i registered for 2 rooms under my name, and i guess they thought i made a mistake of some sort. this was the first time i had used agoda for booking a room. the only problem that i had was trying to book 2 rooms under my name. other than that, i think that i will certainly use agoda when traveling overseas. i will also tell my other friends about agoda. the hotel in jakarta was ok. it's convenience could'nt be better. thanks and can't wait to use you guys again. Hotel is located in 2nd floor of airport building.
Even though fee is not so cheap, a room is small and not clean.But I don't expect great services and facilities to transit hotel.
I had a dinner at the hotel restaurant, oxtail soup tasted good.

Easy to get to, friendly staff and very comfy room. If you arrive late to the domestic airport the shuttle bus doesn't run and you have to negotiate with the taxi guys. This was ideal for us as our flight was at 8.20 AM so we had to check in early and didin't fancy the notorious jakarta traffic so early. The room was very comfortable with a nice powerful shower in a clean bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful, spoke good English and room service was good, the Nasi Goreng was as good as any in Indonesia. We were also able ot check in and come back for breakfast, which was a buffet style and good.Overall we were very pleased.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Jakarta is a big concrete monstrosity. Fly in, stay at the hotel and get a flight to Yogyakarta where you can do most of the things to go to Java for, Or fly on to Bali.

friendly staff although the room was non smoking it had a stale smoke smell in it This hotel was easy to get to after a long flight and meant that I could sleep in the next morning to get my connecting flight. Breakfast and the room were fine and there was no noise from the airport at all. Bathroom very nice all in marble and room spacious for 2 people. Only downside was the distance to walk to the room from the reception desk! But porters were available to take everything for me, just that I was exhausted and it semed like forever.
But staff were very helpful, just make sure you dont forget your booking sheet as I had to pay Rp70,000 in the airport to use the internet cafe!
Restaurant Tip : JCC in terminl 3 has the best donuts and iced coffee without sugar!

Most convenience location The room is quite old, but acceptable for few hours sleep. Most convenience location especially if you are arriving late on terminal 2 (international flights) and have early morning connecting flight. The hotel also provide free shuttle to other terminals but you will have to ask for it.

Fantastic to spend a few hours sleeping in between flight. There are no other reasons to be willing to stay here (the hotel is just inside the international flights terminal)
Nothing special for all the rest: cleaniness and food are just acceptable.
Personnell are friendly and efficient.
