The room is clean though i had leaking problem with the aircond. But its not big deal for me as solo travel.

It's a Nice and Cozy place. Modern furniture with a green concept; suited for busy city life. It's located in the famous areas where you can find food easily-traditional local foods and others. Hospitals, colleges, market, schools and offices are nearby within walking distant to Green Residence.
They are serving no breakfast, but they prepare coffee and bread for you to have yourself.
Although most of the residents there are long term rented, they also provide few room for short terms period of stay.
Some of the things they need to improve is front office, the caretaker and the management who supposedly giving better service at check ins and check outs, but i think because Green Residence is not primarily dealing with short term guest, such services are not taken seriously.
They have wi-fi, and cable TV in the room, which were added values to the price offered. The room is designed to fit the basic needs, a nice bed settings, built in working table, a small clothes cabinet, a small refrigerator, and a shower.
They don't have enough parking space, though.
The bathroom, sadly not very clean, some rust in the toilet seat and showers really terrible, and the exhaust fan truly noisy especially during the night-especially connected directly with the AC. Maybe because very exhausted, i fell asleep to the sound anyway on the first night stayed in there, the following night, it was really bad, the sound kept me awake few times.
You can choose this place for its strategic location, and affordable price to stay, and if available, they also offer long term rent.

Clean, comfy, quiet area, good street food across the street and friendly staff

I stayed here for a night and found the hotel to be quite nice. It was in a quiet part of Jakarta, which was nice for a change. There was fantastic street food just outside the Hotel gate. The staff was very friendly.
