The Manhattan suite is affordable, with jacuzzi and enough space for a whole family. Breakfast is so-so.Service are lackluster. Nobody even opened the door for us at the main lobby. parking access to Lobby are terrible (not a 5-star)escalator from lobby to 2nd and 3rd fl not working which is kinda sucks that you have to wait for the elevator
Restaurant Tip:
Try other restaurants outside instead of eating in the hotel. Try Kuningan City Mall or go to Kota Kasablanka, which will take only 5-10 mins.

This is the 3rd time I stayed at Manhattan Hotel and I had a better experience than the first two. I got upgraded from deluxe to suite room. The room is really spacious, good view from 27th floor, nice comfortable bed. The letdown is no wi-fi in the room otherwise it would be a perfect one.

It is located in the busy main road in Jakarta.
Spacious hotel, but a 5-star rating is a bit a over rated.

A good hotel for business as it is located in the centre of the city and accessible to all major roads. The main problem is the traffic congestion due to the ongoing construction works in the area. The room is spacious and nicely decorated but a bit pricey. The 5-star rating is over rated, as I believe it is more like a 4-star hotel. The room costs more than the similar hotels around the area.
