1. booked executive king bed room but was given a room on the lady's floor on level 9. bed is only a queen and the aircon in the room was not cold on a few occasions. woke up one night in sweat.
2. breakfast was pretty good with a good variety of food for all cultures.
3. proximity to my office and some malls/ food is good.
4. rather run-down for what claimed to be a new hotel...the curtains in my room was falling off and the bed creeked.
5. no free wi-fi in rooms for what seems to be a business hotel.

The Place was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel room was pretty big and have a very good views. The bfast was delightful and also the building considered as pretty updated hotel. Overall is a recomended hotel.

had to stay nearby the sudirman area as i had to attend to business at the nearby standard chartered tower. being a 5 star hotel, they had a great offer which i took up via agoda.
rooms are big and with modern amenities which you will find at any 5 star hotel. breakfast had a huge selection and was very good.
as hotel is right in the middle of the business district, traffic is crazy most of the time so planning your trip in terms of timing is essential to get to your destination on time.
the best malls in jakarta are located nearby, so a great place to have dinner at walk around after office hours.

This is by far the worst stay in Jakarta. We arrived an hour early from check-in time and the room wasn't ready. We had to wait for almost half an hour for our room and we didn't even get the room we requested which was on the highest possible floor. They said if we wanted that room,we had for to wait for another 45minutes. I know we arrived early but we were travelling with a baby and most hotel can make some exception. The front desk staff not as friendly as other hotels we normally stay when we travel to Jkt. Room design were outdated. When I mention it's the worst stay we've ever encountered,it is due to it's very poor location. The traffic is really really bad going in to the location. We normally go to Tanah Abang during our visit. It took us nearly an hour to reach the hotel from Tanah Abang area. There are no interesting malls nearby. No convenience store nearby. Had to walk to a mall one building away from our hotel just to buy some snacks. I would never stay here again.
Travel tip:
I would recommend all new traveller to stay in Sabang area. There are plenty of good hotels there.
