Five Star best money value Hotel
Very neat and nicely located
9.3
I cant remember how many times I have stayed in this hotel. It is just terrific. Too bad momentarily the traffic in front of the hotel is very bad due to the construction works.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff
Closse to the office I was visiting
7
The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and the room was large and had good amenities. The Lobby lounge was spacious and the service quick and attentive, and free wi-fi was appreciated.
The BIG downside was the traffic and building work in this part of Jakarta which caused my guest to be be 2 hours late arriving
Travel tip:
Unless you are doing business within walking distance to this hotel, then forget it.

Great hotel interior
amazing hotel interior design, nice bathroom and good breakfast
7.3
pros: the rooms are furnished beautifully and are with nice bathroom and nice night view
cons: the hotel is located in high traffic area due to a flyover highway construction.
there is also limited place-to-visit within walking distance in the surrounding areas.

Average hotel but reasonable
4.7
the manhattan has great potential but it seems that it is not run that well.
the rooms are ok, but considering how new it is, are a little shabby.
there is nothing to entice you to what could be a fabulous bar at the top, while the restaurant/bar downstairs doesn’t have any specials to make you want to eat/drink there rather than head out.
the staff vary between helpful, and couldn’t care less. the bellboys and concierge staff fall into the former category, while the and front office staff, generally, are in the latter.
the building work all around means that traffic is horrendous and getting to and from the hotel can be a chore.
the price is reasonable and once all the building work is complete the hotel should be in a prime position, but we’ll see if prices remain competitive?!
Restaurant Tip:
If you fancy a spot of upmarket food and wine head across the road... 15 min walk or three min cab ride... to Mega Kuningan, where there are a good selection of eateries and bars.

Great hotel experience
view of city, breakfast spread, friendly staffs/ reception, clean rooms
7.7
The staffs were friendly, always smiling, from security to reception, breakfast level. Breakfast buffet spread was awesome to survive the massive traffic jam around the hotel area.
Construction of a mall beside make the hotel area a lil bit dodgy at night.
Overall, a pleasant experience.
Travel tip:
Come mentally n physically n emotionally prepared for the traffic jam.

Good Hotel at the Golden Triangle of Jakarta
Cheap, good location and comfortable
8
This would be a good hotel for those business traveler who is looking for economical accommodation at the heart of Jakarta CBD.
Within 10-15 minutes to the heart of Jakarta, like Bunderan HI and Plaza Indonesia/Grand Indonesia
Can't complaint much on its surrounding.

Over Priced
Modern and lavish Bathroom
4
Stayed in the Manhattan Hotel between the 25-28th November, classed as a five star hotel. Walls in the room were cracked, while on the 20th floor, this is not something you would like to see. The bathroom was fantastic, marble floor and very well designed. Room service was poor, didn't replace the water bottles so you could brush your teeth with clean water, did not change the sheets, only re-made the bed. Had to buy breakfast on arrival, 1x Nasi Goreng 2x cold drinks cost over 200 ribu, the daily breakfast was more like an all you can eat buffet where everyone touches the food first, I've had better food and service from two star villa's in Bali. I had to spray the room with air freshener as it stank like high heavens. Over-all, not a very pleasant stay, not worth the spend for a five star hotel.
Shopping Tip:
As with most locations in Jakarta, there are several large malls to take shopping trips. The prices at the mall are reasonable for Indonesia.
