Nice hotel, but strange smoking policy

We booked a twin executive room. On the website it was not clear to us that these rooms are only available in smoking rooms. Fortunately we were able to rebook (upgraded by the hotel) the room to a triple, but if you are a non smoker, please note that you asked for a non smokers room in advance!

generally everything is okay excepts the toilet bowl's flushing is noisy, a 5 star hotel should not use such flushing system. currently there's road upgrading in front of hotel so the traffic is bad. the hotel's pub has friendly staffs, especially ms tika.

Average hotel, with so-so everything!

nothing much to shout about despite the reviews! supposedly new hotel but furniture not well kept.
the 'personal safety' of guests of the hotel should definitely be looked into! i caught one of their security guards peeping through the window at the women's restroom!

Graet hotel with good customer service

we were greeted with a smile from the very beginning of our stay from warm & friendly staffs of Manhattan Hotel, very acommadating to our request for location information & quick arrangements were made for a change of rooms(as i was travelling with a colleague on short notice, we needed a room with double beds)Thank You for making my first visit to Jakarta a memorable experience!

Good location but very old and dated

We have checked out of this hotel after 1 day. It is old and dated. Maybe once upon a time (in the 80's) this was a classy hotel, but not anymore. The staff is unfriendly, not helpfull. And at some point one of the receptionists even told us not to complain, as we should be happy because we received a discount on the regular price via agoda. Breakfast buffet was stopped 20 min early and not refilled, while empty buffet, the few things that were still available, the staff just took away in a sneaky way and hid it on their trolley to eat later. We have mentioned all of this to the manager on duty, but never heard from them again.
We have staid in Indonesia for 3 weeks and this was on of the worse places.
The only positive thing is the bathroom as it is big and enough room, be prepared though not to breathe as the water smells

It's a nice hotel and the security is good.
To reach the hotel ,you have to face the traffic jam.

this hotel is nice and good. it's worth the price but one thing is that the traffic is really jam due to the constuction in front of it.

Nice hotel to stay

This hotel keep the image as clean and friendly service.
The room has the facilities like gym, coffee cafe and poolside.
The down side is that there is a major traffic road building just outside. Took me 25 minutes to make a U turn. Else the location is nearby Business center area.
Moving out is no issue at all. A safe hotel with many foreigners too. They are friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Near by a Mall where buying electronics item is very comprehensive and ease.

Location within kuningan. Hotel rooms are a bit rundown and outside of hotel have too many construction going on.

Good hotel for business, Good location

getting in an out of the hotel is a challenge because of the road construction work and resultant traffic jams caused near the ambassador mall. however, that aside. it's close the kumingan which is really the office district here. also it's reasonably priced as compared to the other options in the area like the st regis , marriot etc.
i liked the hotel , it was easy to set up meetings there . the rooms wer spacious. the restaurants served good food and the staff were all courteous. would reccomend.
