i liked this hotel , even though the construction of a new freeway is right outside the building, if your high enough up you won't be bothered by this.
you've got a pool, gym, spa and restaurant choices.
the internet option isn't good enough for today's day and age. free wifi is a must!
you can tell the hotel is old by the bathroom fittings but overall they up keep is good.

i came there for 2 nights in the suite with familly, it was really nice room and hotel, the breakfast also fine, but the service was terrible, all the staff was does not care that we are the guest. lots of traffic to access the hotel but i was ok for me, what you expect from jakarta traffic.

Great Location But In Need of Renovation

We loved staying at the hotel. Hotel room was big. However, there are signs of aging and therefore it is in need of renovation. The breakfast spread was standard. The pool on the podium deck was lovely; however, it was too windy. They should install something around the pool to direct the wind.

I would recommend the Manahatten to anyone
Friendly staff, clean, and well priced all round

The concierge, Benny, was a great help chasing up my lost luggage, very polite and friendly.
Rooms are very clean, restaraunt menu was good and a great selection, good shopping a short walking distance away.
Shopping Tip:
Only a short walk to shopping.

I found this hotel comfortable and convenient. It had a slightly spartan feel about it compared with some other high-end hotels but was excellent value and very suitable for my week-long business trip.
My one negative was that the food (breakfast, NYC) was uninspiring. Quite acceptable, but not what it could be and not really 5-star.
I would also prefer not to have to buy internet vouchers at reception.
Despite this, I would happily stay there again.
Shopping Tip:
The Mall Ambassador is an extensive collection of shops and food outlets that mixes market-type stalls with more conventional shopping on multiple floors. It is only a short walk along Jl Prof Dr Satrio and well worth it.

it was a good hotel good service but alot of mosquitoes. clean hotel and efficient staff. good food. some rooms had an lcd tv and some did not. good guests also.

A good choice for Business Travellers, Ideal location, Great COntinental and Indian Food. Big Rooms, decent Bar and the breakfast is neat. Been there a few times and is quite comfortable. Great Value for the price offered.

Enjoy the time while I stay in the hotel, the room was nice with large space and nice bathroom. The traffic at that time was not good due to closed u turn.

near to Ambasador mall..friendly staff .. very bad traffic in-out the Hotel.
Shopping Tip:
if you love to shops..reasonable prices especially electronic, Ambasador Mall is the place to be!
