Room fine: clean and spacious Very expensive wireless internet access, and very expensive to buy drinks in the bar. Nightclub is a loud and unwelcoming karaoke bar The price of the hotel was very reasonable - I chose a studio room which was clean and spacious.
One evening I decided to work in the bar, only to find wireless internet access over $3 per hour. When I complained, pointing out it is free in Starbucks, I was told that I would have to buy a coffee in Starbucks. In reply I reminded the manager that I had paid for a room!
But worse was the cost of the beer - over $6 for a glass. I was told that before 8pm was Happy hour - half price. Since it was 8.30 pm and I was the only person in the bar I asked what the reasoning was - charge a high price and there is no-one in the bar!
I object to paying for internet in hotels, and I dislike the policy of overcharging for drinks. A hotel lounge or bar should be a place to relax in comfort, not a rip-off.
Travel tip : Cross the road by bridge to the supermarket opposite

good position quite near to the airport and the city center as well. Staff friendly rooms big enough maybe the bathrooms should need some refreshment.. good position quite near to the airport and the city center as well (but the time needed to reach both depends a lot from the unbeliveable traffic of Jakarta). the relashinship between price and quality is also quite good considering the prices of the similar hotels in the city center.

The price is moderate for Jakarta, and the rooms are amply sized. A bit "faded"
Guest facilities are limited
In view of recent history it is rather alarming to note that this hotel has zero security check for walk-in guests.
The location is not very convenient in terms of external restaurants etc., and those in-house are moderate at best.

Nothing much around the hotel The hotel is very nice clean and it is not too far from the highway to the airport. The breakfast is good and staff are very friendly. The only set back is the Internet service is exhorbitant at 60000 RP per hour and you have to go to the lobby, VERY INCONVENIENT for the hefty charge. I do think it is value for money.
Restaurant Tip : Go across the street and there is a good supermarket, plus many nice food outlet.

Location, cleanliness, hospitality, ambiance & taxi service. When exiting the hotel premises the immidiate area looks dumpy (the streets outside the hotel area) The hotel in its entirety is EXCELLENT! The staff was helpful & cordial, the facility was immaculate & the food exceptional. Unlimited internet access was inclusive in the cost as was the delicious breakfast buffet. Taxi service was available on demand with a reputable cab company. Thumbs up on this one.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is centraly located making access to many pleasant malls easy. Mall Taman Anggrek, Great Indo Town Center, Pondok Inda, Sarinah & Ciputra were all easily accessed via the Blue Bird Taxi service available at the hotel.

very nice hotel clerk, various option for breakfast, dim sum change everyday, quick service on table cleanning, chinese food and indonesian food with western style, absolutely satisfy everybody from different country.
The best thing is the location is good to almost everywhere that I would like to go.

The hotel is well maintained The specific room that i stayed in is not in top conditions The hotel is located very strategically in the heart of the city.
The service was superb and the cleanliness was good.

Very conveniently located, very friendly with excellent bar and restaurant. The buffet breakfast is superb and the comfortable bar area allows you to take coffee by day or drinks by evening in a very conducive and relaxed environment. Staff are efficient and friendly and I strongly recommend this fair priced hotel to any travellers to Jakarta
Shopping Tip : Nearby Ciputra and Taman Anggerek Malls are excellent

Convenient location between international airport and the city area Arguably more for tourists than buisnesspeople A well-kept, pleasant hotel with modern amenities, located conveniently for the city and airport, near to the large Taman Anggerik Mall and with one of the best breakfast buffet spreads of any hotel. Spacious rooms, pleasant lobby area, friendly staff and a lovely bar / sitting out area combine to make this a very worh while stop-over if you are visiting Jakarta

access to airport Conveniently located for city meetings if you are only in town a few hours / 1 day, the hotel is within very easy reach of the airport. Rooms are of average size, bathrooms need upgrading but the hotel offers probably one of the best buffet breakfast spreads I have enjoyed anywhere in Asia. More suitable for tourists than businessmen, but a good find
Travel tip : Convenient location for Taman Anggrek shopping mall which is huge

close proximity to both shopping and the airport. i only stayed one night. none for this time. the hotel is clean modern food is adequate. the staff are very friendly including the reception. the most important thing for me is close proximity to the airport and shopping. the room was clean good size. but slightly noisy from the traffic. towels were clean and there were enough toiletries.
Shopping Tip : the hotel is large shopping complex just across the road with restaurants. the hotel is very close to the airport in normal traffic it my take 30 minutes.
