-Big room and nice bed
-clean towel
-staff are polite and speak relatively good engligh
-Hotel facilities is good, they have Sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, gym, swimming pool.. basically you can stay in hotel whole day and enjoy.
-free shutter service to nearby java mall for shopping and food
-staff knock on your door every morning to ask if there is any laundry, very annoying as I am still sleeping!!
-Swimming pool really need cleanning, is quit dirty at the pool bottom
-Food at the restaurant is not good
-The hotel location is on a quiet street, so if you need to buy any snack, you better get it before you go back to hotel.
Overall, this hotel is value for money especially with the promotion package. However, to make it better, some maintenance to the facilities is require as it start show sign of running down.
If you don't mind of the cons mentiond above, which is not really a big concern to me, this hotel is really value for money. Same standard hotel at the nearby area might charge 25-50% higher rate.
Hotel Feature Tip : Free shutter service from hotel start from 6:15pm and last pick up time from Java mall is 9:00pm. Better inform the reception earlier to make arrangement.

The hotel is close to the Mandarin Bank (maybe about 100m), for those people who like to withdraw cash, or for whatever reason, it is good. The hotel staff are friendly, counter staff also carrying with a smiley face.
I dont understand where the small coakcroaches coming from the dining table in the cafe area when i am having my breakfast, the room is not grand enough and so as the shower room. The location is good for about 20,000 rupiah to the closest shopping arcade. However, if you are thinking of get out from the hotel to buy something to drink or to eat nearby the hotel, it is totally out!
This is hotel is very much an old hotel in the city. You can visit some of the shopping arcades with a minimum budget but dont expect much from it because you need to take a cab/taxi to those places. The breakfast is not so sedusive for me to eat even twice, but the staff still consider helpful. The cleaniness in the cafe area needed to be enhanced because i really really hate croakcroaches running around when i am eating on the same table with those spices.
