What i like most about Orchardz hotel is the bed and the pillow. Very comfy. But during my stay is quite unpleasant due to the following reasons. Firstly, the smoke odor, although i stayed on the non-smoking floor. Secondly, I stayed at 6th floor which is above the karaoke. Sound is clearly and loudly heard from my room that troubled me to sleep. Good breakfast buffet spread.

ALL THE HYPE BUT TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED
1) WIFI ON 8TH FLOOR DID NOT WORK THROUGHOUT MY 4 DAYS' STAY! 2) Renovation works started on 6th floor as early as 730am and made such a racket we couldn't sleep anymore! 3) Only one room key card! Everytime anyone of us need to go down to the lobby or outside, we wont have to key card to operate the elevators and have to call the bellboy or security to swipe their card to activate the lifts! 4) Annoying coffee house staff who keep bugging us to pay for our breakfast when we forgot to bring our credit cards. Cant even charge it to the room. When we brought down the credit card, they dont want to accept saying the minimum is Rp100k so we had to go back up to the room to get cash! 5) Bellboys trying to make extra money to sell us massages or private van transport services and show us their unhappy faces when we choosed to call Uber instead. 6) Useless technician cant get the wifi and internet connection on our floor fixed after so many complaints from so many guests. In the end, we went 4 days without internet connection! And they still had the gall to charge us the full room fees?!
