Have stayed at the hotel before & it is nice to know that it will be the same when I go back.
The new road construction on the main road makes access difficult at this time but when finished the hotel is in a great location to access Mega Kuningan Setibudi area.

this hotel is in a really good location not only for its proximity to where i need to do business but also for the variety of things to do around the area. the staff is pleasant and very easy to work with. i have had several occasions in which i had a special request or i needed to make a change to my booking and i was impressed by the ease and professionalism with which it was handled.

friendly staffs, very good locations, the breakfast is good and staffs are always friendly and helpful. location is good because it's close to my work but if you ever travel to Jakarda, you should know the traffic is chaos everywhere you go. Be prepare to bring your laptop, Gameboy or book to get through the "I thought it was suppose to be 5 min taxi ride and turned out to be 1 hour ride!!!" chaos. So if you are business travelers, be prepared, stay as close to where you work as possible.

the hotel looks after its regular customers (such as us) so we always try and stay at the park when visiting jakarta, which is quite often.
there is a really good food outlet at the rear of the hotel. so if you want western items it is a good place to go....it also sells meals which are really good.

I was back at Park Lane for this business trip as well.
I was hoping to get an upgrade being a frequent guest, but unfortunately they don't seem to recognize this.
In any case I was very pleased with my stay.
The front desk staff is great and they allowed for an earlier check-in.
The room comfort is good although I think the TV is getting obsolete but the channel selection is great.
The dinner buffet was not as good this time as it usually is but it could depend on the theme - it was Japanese theme and the dishes weren't really up to par.
Another improvement area is the gym, it seems the 4 tread mills are always taken - they should clear out some of the other unused equipment and get at least 6 tread mills going.
Apart from that I really like this hotel and will stay again for my next trip I'm sure.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The gym is excellent, just make sure to get there before 5 pm since it get crowded later.

reach and was told that I need to have the hardcopy of booking, though I showed an electronic copy. Was also told that they do not have my bookings. I had to call agoda and was told to wait. Tehy never get back to me until agoda told me that they had spoken to the hotel and would allow me to checkin. However, reception still tell me that I cannot without any confirmation. I had to tell them to check with their manager. It was then that they allow my checkin.
The hotel was located along a road that was under constructiona nd it took me a good 1 hour plus in a cab to go to ambassdor mall, which is about 1-2 KM away.

this is the first time l felt appreciated by the hotel management for giving me 2 free drinks voucher. this was not because of the free beer voucher (l don't drink anyway and till date, l still have the voucher with me), but the form of showing appreciation for continuos support from the customer.
Nightlife Tip:
the kelapa gading is a good place for open air concert performance.
