Location wise, it's very good. Very near to GI & PI which shld take around 29,000++ rupiah per trip by bluebird cab. The staffs are friendly. Hotel is clean, bed sheet is fresh.
Toilet is HUGE!!!!!! XD
It's a gud price for such hotel :)

Free PC access Looking a bit tired in the rooms, but they are renovating them (about a year too late)
Wifi not free and doesn't work in rooms. OK in public areas. The Executive rooms are large enough, with a king size bed and huge bathroom.
All facilities were as promised, and the freeflow beer was non stop, also the freeflow spirits and cocktails during advertised hours.
Great value for money
Travel tip : Use motorbike taxi (ojek) to get around as traffic can be a nightmare in central Jakarta. Usually OK after 2 in the morning :-)

Good location, spacious & clean room and good price and friendly staff. If you are with your children, the swimming pool is another good thing in this hotel Quite old, bed and pillow need to be replace with new one. The pillows are too soft (even you use 4 pillows it's like using 1) though this is not essential. internet rate is very high, don't use it if not necessary. If you want a hotel for a simple and good location with good price, then you can choose this hotel. The staff are friendly and quick. But don't use the internet, it's too costly.
Shopping Tip : The nearest shopping area is Ambassador Mall close to JW Marriot, only 5 minutes by car/motorbike from the hotel. Of if you just want to eat something in decent location and more options then you can go to Setiabudi Building also around 5-10 minutes from the hotel.

Good fitness area.
Good food. The park lane hotel is a solution for visit jakarta in order to have a business, meetings and leisure. The bar and the disco permit me to have a pleasent time and the fitness center is not big but it is comfourtable and clean. The service for taxis was easy and quickly. The room and Executive Lounge were excellent; the best value 5 star hotel in Jakarta I have found. The French food at Riva restaurant was very good, but dear. The biggest weakness was the traffic - perhaps just a genertal problem with Jakarta but maybe also a particular difficulty with the situation of this hotel. i only started using agoda for less than a month and with the same hotel (Parklane Jakarta) i can see a price different between booking straight to the hotel and through agoda. Agoda's price is definitely cheaper my husband didn't have a good service from the hotel because he didn't book direct to them. they didn't smile and didn't talk much. when my husband asked "if i extend the stay, can i maintain the same rate?" They straight away said no!! Agoda has quite a big range of hotel selections with cheaper prices offered, even some price i can say not much different from booking direct to the hotel. But now i always check and compare with Agoda before making a final decision on hotel booking.

Clean rooms and good size. Bathroom getting a bit old and needs upgrading I only stayed one night at the Pake Lane however I stayed there 5 years ago for 3 months, the place was exactly the same, same carpets, same curtains, same bathroom. Decor had actually stood the test of time and didn't look bad to be honest, with the exception of the bathroom.
Only gripe was that my view from the room overlooked a memorial grave yard, hundreds of white crosses which at first disturbed me but after time you get used to it and are more interested as to why they are there and who were those people... no one working at the hotel could tell me?
Overall, if asked would I stay again I would yes and the rate was very good too!
Nightlife Tip : Stix Bar downstairs was quite excitingand there is a little shop under the hotel selling beer at about 1/4 cost of the hotel if you fancy a tipple before going out!

Staff are really nice and pleasant and were very helpful. They were even good enough to bring us over some Tonic water at 6am to enjoy with a good bottle of Gin in the Jacuzzi (it was a very good night!) No Cons - got exactly what we expected, a top class hotel Nightlife Tip : Go to a club called Stadium - very very good!

Best feature of this hotel, food, beds, staff,stix bar. There are know weaknesses in this hotel.
Have stayed at the Parklane hotel many times, over the last nine years. Have stayed in other hotels in Jakarta but have always returned to the Parklane hotel. Due to the staff, food and the cleanliness of this hotel. Value for MONEY... Keep up the GOOD WORK PARK LANE.... See You Next Trip.

Well the staff are very friendly, good at remembering your name and the breakfast choice is good with excellent coffee Well its not 5 star purely from the fact that the rooms are tired and need refurnishing the Park Lane is no 5 star hotel but the the staff are really friendly and helpful. What is really needs is a refurnishment of the rooms , they are old and tired. Mattress is to soft. However breakfast is excellent and hotel has a choice of good restaurants. Stix is also getting old but the band was good. Security was tight and there was always a silver or blue bird available. Traffic in the area can be difficult but that is Jakarta.Yes i would stay there again as good value for money
Travel tip : Easy access to airport and shopping mall. Drink their coffee its good

Small, great staff, good rooms and the food is excellent for me weakness would be its position, sometimes difficult to get to taxi at peak periods, gym to small Have been staying at Park Plaza for a year . Always a pleasure to stay there, its small and personnel. On arrival you are greeted as old friend and the booking process is smooth. Rooms are excellent, I love the rain showers. Internet connection ,important to me is good. Being diabetic their menu choice suits me perfectly as does having coffee inthe modern lounge at any time. For me Park Plaza is a perfect place to stay with helpful and friendly staff

just location a little tricky this has been my favourite hotel in jakarta, as this is one of the best value for money hotel around there. the breakfast is fantastic. staffs are friendly. location wise is a little tricky, even though situated in the central jakarta, but to go there, need to take a big u-turn to reach. another down side is the cost of internet is rather high. afterall, not much of a complaint , will definitely go back n stay again if i visit jakarta next trip.
