Immediate area not very interesting
This is a very good, 5-star hotel in Jakarta. It is quite central in the middle of the business area, although there is little to look at immediately outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. Internet works well in the room (for about $20/day). The breakfast is very good and the buffet lunch is first class. I will definitely stay there again when next in Jakarta.

The Hotel is well presented, with public clean areas, the security gate and gards are not the best however they do their job. The hotel services are good, good and fast check in and check out service from the main fromt desk and the executive service desk. The room I stayed in was clean and in good shape, the inetrnet service was expensive but good, the breakfast is very bad the food no options for vegetarians or light eaters

I have stayed in this hotel before. It is good to see them maintaining the high-class services day in and day out. The staff are exceptionally friendly and ready help at hour of the day. You will have no worries from the time you book in until you check out. Everything works like a clock works.

beef and pork menu is too much in breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Is an excellent hotel and located in a nice place. Service is very nice with reasonable price. Room conditions are very good. Taxi can be easily obtained. There is a nice swimming pool. Staffs are very very hospitable. Famous dinning places such as Hawkers Place is very nearby. It is worth staying there for short or long business trips.

This was my 3rd stay at Park Lane and to my surprise no welcome package was presented. Normally I wouldn't expect this, but at the 2nd stay, drink vouchers were given so I thought I'd get something else this time.
My first given room was noisy so I changed it immediately without any hassle.
The rooms are OK, but they really need to improve the bedlinen.
The selection of TV channels is good.
Restaurant Tip : The buffet in the basement was very good during my stay. It is the first time I've been and will try it again to see its consistency.

Large room, good service, politeness.
Some trouble with the system to record the guests and some troubles with billing the customers because they are changing the system.
I found that this hotel is still keeping the same good level of services in the last two years and the main strength is the size of the room and the fact that the rooms are very clean and decently decorated. I will be back again for sure because i feel it is a very good choice for both business travelers and tourists.

1. I was most impressed with the welcome. Everything was ready on arrival and for the departure. No time was wasted at the counter. The counter staff was courteous and efficient and served the customer with the smile the rooms were exceptionally tidy and the room service was outstanding. Can’t ask for better service for dollars spent. Was a memorable stay. Thank you.

This was my second stay at Park Lane booked via Agoda and this resulted in the hotel have prepared my room in advance and a letter from the General Manager with two free drink coupons for their restaurant. This was a very nice welcoming gesture.
Both the check-in and check-out was very smooth and the reception staff should take credit for that.
The cons this time around was that the bedlinen in the room could be improved and also the bathroom was not perfectly clean since I found a bundle of long hair (probably from the cleaing lady) in the bath room.
Apart from that I really enjoy Park Lane and will be using it again,
Restaurant Tip : I had the Lamb steak in the pub restaurant - good size portions with fresh bread to accompany the dish.

Well located, super breakfast, comfortable room.
It is my second stay as a business traveler at the Lane Park.
I have been, once again, very happy with the service, the bar and the quality of the room.
The Stix bar is a great place to meet travelers like me and spend a good night "in".
I will definitely come back again!

Nothing much to complain at.
I have enjoyed my two nights stay in this hotel. Generally the hotel staffs are very well trained, friendly and not forgetting their helpfulness. The room is very clean and comfortable. Last and not least, the hotel restaurants serve excellent food.

Friendly staff; beautiful, spacious rooms; incredible international breakfast; easy to get a taxi; great workout facilities.
Not near any mall (HAD to take taxi everywhere).
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and helped out by the hotel staff. The check in process was painless and the room was beautiful and roomy. In the morning, the breakfast was spectacular, including fare from all over Asia and even the world (for those international travelers). There were always 3-4 taxis waiting outside, so there was never a problem finding a ride. The hotel is not in walking distance to ANY shopping mall or plaza. You must take a taxi anywhere you go, the closest being about 10-15 minutes. This gets a little old. Overall, this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again!
Shopping Tip : The hotel has no problem with guests ordering food delivered (like Pizza Hut or McDonald's). This can save a cab fare and tons of time.
