1. Breakfast (especially coffee) was not refill when we had our breakfast at 8am. When we approached the staff, they said it is just finished and they are not going to refill. (This happened on first day). On the second day, the same thing happened, and worse, the noodles also were finish. My husband was very upset as the staff gave us the same answer, and my husband then complained to the front-desk (not sure he is a manager of the hotel), and we demanded for refund of our breakfast as there's nothing left to eat. The "manager" then said the kitchen staff would prepare some more for us.
It is RIDICULOUS (and first time ever in my life) that I encountered - FOOD is FINISHED and the staff don't even bother to refill it for customers. (And why is it so difficult to make coffee??)
Needless to mention about the selection - PLAIN WHITE RICE, EGGS (COOKED IN CURRY STYLE) and NOODLES.
2. Not-helpful staff! We asked the hotel to arrange for a transportation for our day tour in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The front-desk were chatting with his friend - and asked us just wait for the driver (as the driver were late 15 minutes), he didn't even bother to call or contact the driver! What make it worst, he is just SUPER-UNFRIENDLY.
3. Room-Aircond - Set it at 17 Degree Celcius, means, you only getting 23 degree celcius. Happened to all the 3 rooms I booked (for my entire family), either they never service their aircond at all, or faulty?
4. Smoking inside the building - Guests are not supposed to smoke inside the hotel area, but surprisingly the staff never stop their guests smoking, and some of them happily chat in the restaurant area (staff and guests) and smoking together!
5. FREE HOT-SPOT? They claimed they have WiFi. Again, when we asked the staff, what's the wifi ID as we can't detect any. The staff said they have WiFi and we should be able to detect it (but refused to provide the ID), and yeah, obviously they lied!

Hotel is a bit pricey for the service it gives but then it is convenient to get transportation as well as near mall areas.
However do not make any bookings for hotel car as the service is not good. The hotel car is a separate ownership from the hotel that the driver would ask for outrageous price. Next day, the city tour which was originally 250000 IDR became 300000 IDR.
Breakfast at the hotel is crappy

Overpriced Budgeted Hotel

I choose this hotel because its location within walking distance to ITC Mangga Dua. Room is small and very standard, and I think the price was overpriced compared to facilities. And the biggest disappointment is there's a lot of young girls knocking on the door all night long and it was really annoying.
