nice hotel but bed is a little too small

the hotel is basically very nice, better than 5 stars but room is a little too small. my husband and i with 11 year old son and the bed is too small for 3 of us. therefore we requested additional bed but it is very costly. the staff in the reception are a little inflexible when we have additional request like late checkout etc. other than that we had pretty good stay there.

Room is great but more for couple as toilet is a little too ...frosted glass as we are 2 man - friend sharing a room.
Service is not bad but a little relax, staff are friendly. This hotel is very convenient, safe and entertainment like pub karaoke food etc is within walking distance.
The next time I will definitely book this hotel if I am going Jakarta with my wife.

My wife really love the room. We basically only stay in the room other than out for meals. It is very cosy and comfortable. Separate toilet and shower. Very well design with high and comfortable bed.
I used to stay in Ciputra Hotel but this is even better. Really one of the best, suit our style.

We had a great stay in Pullman Jakarta Central Park. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and very well design. The view is not very good though as we faced the condominium opposite. Other than that everything is great. Food and shopping is very convenient from the hotel

this is a good hotel just in the middle of things. about 30 min from the airport. 15 min to chinatown and monument square (museums).
as always in the pullman hotels the staff ist very friendly. the hotel is modern and the rooms are big and have a great view. the pool is nice. the hotel is built on top of a big shopping center, which is very convenient if you need something. dining is also good there.
the only downside is the taxi/airport thing. if you take a taxi from the airport to the hotel you pay around rp. if you take the taxi back they just provide the more expensive silver bird and if you pay at the reception for the taxi they charge you rp. so better walk down the few meters to the street and get a taxi there.

For a new five star hotel, this is definately a very good price! Nice theme, design, room, facilities and services! The most important thing is the location too. Especially for those who just come to Jakarta for business, you can find a nice, big and complete shopping mall - Central Park Mall just attached to the hotel. I spend all my breakfast, lunch and dinner here for 3 days! For those who love shopping, you will find a lot of shops in this mall. If you are not satisfied, just walk another 5 minutes to another shopping mall - Taman Anggerik Mall.
Shopping Tip:
Central Park Mall attached to the hotel is definately a good place to shop!

I have stayed here a few times already and it is always a pleasure. With large well designed rooms and one of the best beds I have slept in.
Central Park mall is so close offering shopping, movies and fine restaurants. I have no complaints at all with this hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
Not much nightlife in the area but once traffic has eased a trip to central Jakarta is an easy taxi ride.

Had a nice stay there, the room was not very big but its comfy enough.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast was average, instead we prefer to hv breakfast at the mall although the operation hours of the mall is only at 10 am onwards.
