Had a great stay here but unfortunately we stayed only one night. Requested to check in earlier due to husband's meeting at Plaza Indonesia which is in front of the hotel. The hotel staff make our room available as requested eventhough the only room available located at smoking floor. The bufet breakfast was really great. We lov

It was well worth it for the price agoda offer, and it was the perfect valentine's day gift. But when we checked in, the line was not organized, and guest waiting in line have to actually get ready in position, so as our line was not cut, by other innocent guest waiting in line..(it's not their fault, the staff did not guide us on which line to queue at) After checking in, the elevator was not working, and the staff when asked, blamed our key, saying it has expired, where the truth is we have just got it from the long line in the check in counter.. The staff, especially a 5 star hotel staff, should apologize first and try to solve the problem, instead of immediately blaming on guest.. Then he proceed to tried it himself, and realised that it was the elevator's at fault, did not apologize to any of us (a group waiting because of this trouble).. other than those incident, the rest is a pleasant experience, great food!

Food, Location, Atmosphere
Great except the taxi service is using Silverbird so a bit expensive to get around compared to Bluebird. The other problem was the location to Plaza/Grand Indonesia, need to use the cross bridge. Not very safe for ladies I think. The hotel itself is excellent, room is great, food is great, staff is great. Thumbs up for the service
