Staff took initiative to get weighing scale from the gym to help check our luggage bag weights before departure for airport. Overall, very satisfying stay as hotel is within 10 mins. walk from Ambassador & ITC Malls as well as new Kuningan City centre.

Two of my friends had to changed rooms due to 1) power tripped 2) air-con not working. Eventhough we booked 4 suite rooms, it seems that my room was not a suite room (eventhough the hotel staff claimed so) because the room is smaller than 3 of my friends rooms. Not worth it if the rooms are not on 50% off.
