I and my friend were staying in this hotel for 1 night, 5 hours exactly
Nice bedroom, huge bed, but When we take a look on the bathroom
It didn't properly cleaned, there's unknown stain & the water were pouring nonstop from closet
But it has a great park for children to play or for refreshing

Exclusive business hotel perfect for families

Horizon offers a very pleasant service while checking-in on a separate floor, the receptionists were very friendly. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, suitable for staying together with 3 grandchildren. We had a reservation for the buffet on New Year's Eve which was abundant and good. We entered the new year 2013 in the lobby with other guests under festive and joyful conditions.
The next day we had breakfast in a very big ballroom but i understood that we could have had breakfast at the Horizon Club. We were not informed clearly about this and we would prefer having breakfast on a separate floor because the ballroom was quite massive and unpersonal.
The pool was a very good playground for the children with a nice garden and plenty activities were organised like ponyriding,playing soccer, a sort of animal farm etc. Due to the full occupancy the pool bar was crowded and the waiting time for getting your food was very long.
Anyhow we had a very pleasant stay and we would not mind to come back again to the Shangri-La hotel.
Travel tip:
Shangri-La hotel is excellent for business travellers who want to enjoy good service, good culinary facilities, pleasnat environment in pool area and even good possibilities for shopping in the neighbourhood and night life.

location is very central and highway to airport is near. staff is abundant friendly and helpful . executive club is great with free internet and in evenings all drinks are free along with snacks if yhere is a live piano in the evenings. you can have your breakfast there or in the restuerant down stairs. over all the hotel is great i enjoyed it
