Nice hotel but room lacks some necessaryfacilities
Good breakfast service and employees are courteous.

We were happy during our 3 days stayed in Smart hotel, we liked the place, It's quite cheap and we love the way the employees served us. Although some facilites were missing like water heater, that it is supposed to have one in every room. If you'll ask us f we still come back in your hotel, of course we will. Thanks and more power to Smart Hotel.

New-ish, and clean.
Clean, check in quick, 2 famous restaurant ont the same building.

The hotel is great to stay in, although i ordered for one double bed (big bed) they gave me two small beds. I was traveling solo so I was wondering what the hell am I supposed to do with the bed? So I put my bags on top of the beds and make it my arranging table. but still on the same topic, couldn't the hotel staff see that I was traveling by myself??
TV is good enough - didn't watch TV since I got early morning and the bedroom is okay even if it is small. During my stay was the low season so not many people are staying in the hotel. I got a good night's rest and were happy enough that I choose this hotel to stay.
It is a walking distance to Shangri-la although you need to walk more than 20 minutes.
Breakfast is okay - overall satisfying. also - no wifi.
Travel tip:
Was here for business convention in Shangri-la. great alternative for you who didn't want to spend ridiculous amount to stay at shangri-la for a day or two of convention.

Greet location, clean, cheap hotel

hotel location is strategic. Close to Monas, Gambir RST. Harmony BTM Hub and Tanah Abang Market as well. The Room is clean and have nice view event rather small, but enoght for a copule. The breakfast is simpel but good enought. The last one is quiet chepaer. I've enjoied.thanks agoda for help

Hotel is walking distance to Grand Indonesia

Room is not so spacious but enough for 1 - 2 person. There arent any roadside stalls to get food if you're hungry late at night. The hotel is clean and takes about 10 mins to walk to Grand Indonesia. Hotel staff was very friendly, loved their customer service.

hotel room is relatively small, suitable for single or 5 mins walking distance to transjakarta busway link, then you can hop in and go to any accessible area of jakarta. the hotel serves adequate breakfast with limited choice of fried rice and fried noodle. overall experience is moderately acceptable if you're looking a clean hotel to stay during your short visit to jakart

the hotel location is very convenient, just 5 minutes walking, i can reached some big shipping malls.the room is small (like what i have stayed in tokyo), but it is clean and tidy with 32"tv.
the breakfast is not good, i only take some fruits, wifi is really weak, it is almost nothing, i can to go to g/f to connect my pc....

great location, nice restaurant
nice bed and no fuss check in and out - less than 5 min

everything's perfect just the way i had expected it would be but they need to do something about their toilet cleanliness level. Smell of urine is tad bit too strong but overall happy with the hotel's other facilities.
