Lovely Hotel just for bread and breakfast

Me and husband stayed there for 1 night and its a great place to stay, its close to the city, and near to the shopping mall.
The facility quite fair, they have great interior for the room and give great breakfast. One thing to workout, the parking lot is a bit small so not a lot of car can park, the receptionist not to friendly and the cover sheet for the bed is quite dull though its clean. But for a bed and breakfast only, I recommend people to stay here.
Shopping Tip:
a lot of shopping malls in the neighborhood.

A bit run down, window without view

The room I stayed in was a bit run down, with stains on the wall and one of the light missing a bulb. The bathroom is good though, and relatively clean compared to the room. The washbasin is outside of the bathroom, but it's clean and very big. The room is well lighted, the bed is a bit loose, though still fine. The working space is very small, with a hard chair.
Free internet works well.
If you can get a room, Clay Hotel across the street is much better value for money.
It's very close to a transjakarta station and a train station though, both just 10 minutes walk away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The ojek station (motorcycle for hire) are just around the corner.

Location is near to the nightlife area and big shopping centers. Even the place is a little secluded, it's a walking distance away from the big malls and nightlife places. With the location, definitely worth the money.
Nightlife Tip:
Don't bother take a taxi before 8pm as the streets will be jam most of the time. Have a map of the location and you'll reach it faster by walking instead of taking a taxi.

Well organized hotel covering almost all necesities.
One thing missing is refrigerator but there is a vending machine for some drinks on the lobby floor.
