Hotel is clean especially the room and come with free wifi and safety box. Need the room card to operate the lift to the room level except for the restaurant and spa. Spa is clean and worth for a visit. Always a standby cab at the hotel. I book this room for 50% discount at agoda and i really enjoy the stay. Might stay here again in my next trip to Jakarta if there is a discount again.

Very friendly staff that was very helpful with requests. The restaurant is very good and the price of the food was very reasonable. The spa was nice and the location is close to clubs. Would stay here again.

I was a very good stay for 2 nights. The only thing the hotel should re-consider is the locked door at the staircase: I ALWAYS check if the staircase is free and that I can walk down to the ground floor. Everything ok - but you cannot go back from the staircase to the hotel floor. Again: very recommended buffet at the Swiss-Café!

Was staying a night for business meeting. And the hotel was perfect for it. It has interesting hotel interior at a glance. The room was spacious and most importantly clean. Love the design of the bathroom. The view captured the city. Facilities include swimming pool and spa. Overall, it defines what a quality hotel is.
